I was in between dentists and SO lucky to have found Dr. Nieva and her team! They are incredibly compassionate and always make you feel comfortable and at ease. The work they do is absolutely phenomenal because they truly care and it shows. Bella, Nicole and Michelle are so lovely and passionate about what they do and I honestly look forward to going to each appointment. I’ve been a patient of Fenton Family Dentistry for 4 years. After my most recent checkup, I scheduled the next 6 month checkup for 11/18. On 11/11, I receive the text message asking me to confirm the appointment time which I do. 2 days before the scheduled appointment I get a text saying “Your appointment at Fenton Family Dentistry on Nov 18 2024, 07:00AM has been MOVED to a First Come, First Served status. If you would like this appointment time to be reserved specifically for you, please call our office to ensure it is still available.” I immediately replied to the text message and called. I’ve yet to hear a response. When you schedule appointments around work and childcare, this cancellation was the last straw. In addition to this issue, there have been others, but I always stayed because the hygienists were always nice and gentle. The hygienists are always nice why they get 2 stars instead 0! Previous issues -started Invisalign treatment after signing/agreeing that the upfront cost was all inclusive. However, they tried to charge me for additional Invisalign service. -they charged me over $300 for a routine visit despite billing dental insurance. They said once dental insurance paid them, they would quickly reimburse me. The dental insurance reimbursed them with a week or two. It took about 6 months and several phone calls and emails to the practice to get reimbursed.

I have been going to Fenton Family Dentistry since I was a little girl and I absolutely love their office. No matter who has came and gone through the years, Dr. Nieva and her husband are amazing. All the staff care so much for each and every client, it makes every visit something to look forward too.

I had the best experience ever!!! Sam and Doctor were amazing! Michelle and Leona were very compassionate and helpful! Abe is great and his smile lights up the room! Cindy helped guide me through the process smoothly. I recommend them highly! I’m going to have the prettiest smile 😀

Our kids LOVE the staff here and you can’t say enough about kids liking their Doctors. We have 4 kids and none of them fight us when we tell them we are going to see Dr Nieva!
