I had a 6 month checkup & had my teeth cleaned yesterday. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I only waited 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Feiler checked my teeth. He’s always very professional & does great job checking my teeth for any issues. Sally is my hygienist. She’s friendly, and always puts me at ease. Sally is just SUPER and always does an outstanding job!! Kathleen Butler

This was Our first visit to this office. Our appointment was at 5:45 & our teeth cleaning didn't start until after 6:45. The only thing we had done in that hour was x-rays which took 5 minutes & doctor looked real quick to say we didn't have cavities. This was under 1 minute. I'm a working Mom & I don't have time to wait around waiting to be seen. My time is just as valuables as a doctor's. If this type of service is what I can expect we will be switching.

I have been a client of this office for over a decade and I hope you have a better experience. The dental hygienist are outstanding and I have never had an issue with the dentists. In fact, one day my dentist was one of the partners in the practice and he was wonderful. Unfortunately, he has no idea how difficult it is for his front office staff to book and keep appointments. This has been an ongoing issue for me and my family and today the firm was unable to keep my appointment that I book a few months ago. They stated that their system was down and the I must not have been in the system or I would have received a text. Most likely they never put me in the system for an appointment today, which would not be the first time this has happened. Whenever we would call to schedule an appointment the staff would make us call back in a month or two when their next calendar would open up. Why should the customer have to call you back? This firm has no idea to treat and retain their customers and we are now looking for a new dentist. I hope that your experience with this office is better, but we are done. I strongly suggest that you revamp your front office and get a new office manager.

They took me 40 minutes late. I wish they would have told me that they were running very late. My appointment was at 10:30, I didn't leave the office till almost Noon. I spent a good amout of time in the back waiting for the hygienist. My teeth are super easy to clean, so it only took about 10 minutes to scrape, pick and polish teeth. :::Things that were done at my previous dental establishment=floss::: They did not floss my teeth. The dental xrays and exam only took about 10-15 minutes. I noticed with the dental exam he didn't touch my throat jaw area to inspect (I would assume for lumps or irregularities) Both dentist and hygienist were very friendly. Update:: they were not as late this time, but dentist still didn't touch my throat jaw area to inspect (I would assume for lumps or irregularities) Both dentist and hygienist were very friendly. Their computer system was down so couldn't schedule next appointment.

I understand that this office is extremely busy, but as a patient everything feels very rushed and much of the staff has little compassion. Multiple times I felt as if I was rushed through the process and that I was just a number. My last recent appointment I was told I arrived an hour late and couldn't be seen! I am confident I was there at the right time and am very good and thorough about record keeping. I was offered another appointment 6 months in the future! I will not be going back!
