Karen was amazing! We were on vacation when one of my daughter’s brackets came loose and Karen took us immediately and fixed the problem! The office was immaculate and the women at front desk were so sweet! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, at the front desk the lady is always so kind and so sweet, they have a little gaming room for the kids to be distracted, very modern place. Very clean, everyone there is so nice and they explain everything that's going on, I would 100% recommend to anyone.

The staff went above and beyond to help us! We are vacationing in Naples and our 10 year old ate something that caused a bracket to become very loose. She has anxiety and was very upset. I made one call to Family Orthodontics explained we were on vacation and they told me right away to come on over they would help us. They were so friendly and kind and fixed her up within 5 minutes! We are so thankful to the staff, they saved our vacation!
