This was our first time ever being late. They re-booked us from January to the end of MARCH! The staff are nice but the customer service is horrible. They only do braces two days a week which is ridiculous. They said they have us on a cancelation list. I asked where we were on the list and was told they pick it randomly..... Crazy. Ive been brining my daughter here for a long time. She already has her bottom braces on. This appointment was for the top set. I wish we had chosen a different Orthodontist office."
