I've been to Family Dental of Lincoln for several teeth cleaning visits. Honestly, I believe Dr. Vo to be the best dentist I've ever seen. She is thorough, quick, and accurate. I was hoping to go back to see her again today. I scheduled an appointment using their online software about a month ago, and a few minutes later got a call from Family Dental that their online scheduling was wrong, and that appointment I booked didn't actually exist, so I needed to reschedule. The ONLY appointment they had till January was today, November 29th at 2pm, so I took it. This was scheduled over the phone, I double confirmed the date and time before hanging up, I do this because I have worked as a receptionist before. I showed up to the office today at 2pm, and the receptionist said I wasn't on the schedule. I questioned how that was possible, she said it doesn't look like that appointment was ever made. She checked with the dentists and no one could fit me in. And just now at 7:47pm, I get an automated text message that I canceled an appointment scheduled for today. How is that possible?? Maybe they changed their scheduling software to something that clearly doesn't work? Or they potentially have some not very honest people working the desk? I'm not sure, but I moved my schedule around for this appointment, and it clearly did exist. If the online scheduling doesn't work because those appointments don't exist, and calling into the office to make an appointment also gives you an appointment that "doesn't exist," how do you actually make an appointment here?

The dentist Dr Vivian Vo is very professional, attentive, considerate , and alert to your comfort level. I personally am a little nervous when I go to the dentist.as I'm sure a lot of others are as well. Matter of fact I began going to Dr Vo after a previous horrible experience with another dentist.My son had been to Dr Vo and referred me to Dr Vo . I came to my appointment apprehensive and stressed out. The staff was very professional, and friendly . Upon meeting Dr Vo she calmed my fears with her caring and professional attitude. I have found my dentist no need to look for another . Thank you Dr Vo and Family Dental of Lincoln.
