By far the worse places and requested a different doctor. The receptionists or nurses were more busy buying a ELOTE that actually assist me. They said that that they could help me since they were no dentist... and they had a waiting room full of patients?? And no destist?? The best they could say is to go to the hospital and gave me an appointment until mid june!!! Honestly I felt disappointed a d disrespected since I am the costumer and my insurance pays them. Is very outrageous to think that they handle or dental work and still need to pay. They can keep eating their elote unprofessional staff ...

I have been going to this dentist since a child and this is the first time I am very disappointed. I call to ask about my annual check up they told me this month January now they tell me until July. When I proceed with my next question the lady gets rude doesn't even let me finish and just click on me. I call again and she answered, but clicked. Then a third time because I found it rude she just answers and acts like she can't hear me when clearly we were having a conversation the first time I called. They hire rude staff now well I'm definitely changing to another dentist this one is just not the place to go anymore or wouldn't want to bring my own children. The only great person if he is still there is Alan but the lady who answers the phone needs to go and take some customer service classes.

* * BEWARE OF THIS PLACE * * First of all not a very clean looking place. Second, it's sketchy af. Last time I went I got a cleaning done by myself (I was underage and my mom asked if I was allowed to come alone and they said it was fine, even though legally I wasn't allowed to be left alone without a legal guardian of some sort) Once the doctor finished he left the room, the hygienist and I were alone. He whispered to me saying that my medical wouldn't cover the whole cost so I would need to pay. I didn't have anything on me so I told him I would have my mom come to pay it another time. He then said he would be able to pay more than half of it if I were to bring him 60$ on a Tuesday. He said to not tell anyone and to make sure to ask for him and only him when I brought the money. All this being said while he kept checking the hall way and whispering. And guess what? My medical did in fact cover all my expenses. This "professional" was trying to scam me a couple of bucks.

I brought my daughters to this dentist about 5 times. Out of those 5 times 3 different times i called to make an appointment and the day of the appointment once i had signed up my daughters they would tell me that they didn't have an appointment that if i had called the right number, i even showed them the insurance card and they said i had the correnct number. This place is just a waste of time and gas. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I came here for my front 2 middle top teeth. And said they were going to kill the nerve but medical didnt cover to fix them so they drool 1 hole on each. And left them all cracked up in a month. It cracked more went to farmwest dental and told them what happen and dentist and assistant looked at each other and laughed and nodded there. Heads and o asked what they did they see me dumm and his assistant just nodded his head up and down. But they fixed my teeth
