It was comfortable. The my hygienist was kind, cheerful and clear. Dr. Moon was friendly, clear and concise. The options and costs were clearly presented up without pressure. I was in and out quickly but I didn’t not feel rushed. It was as good of an experienced as one could have at the dentist.

Family Dental Care of Fitchburg does a great job of helping me overcome the anxiety I feel about going to the dentist for anything from a cleaning to a root canal. Dr Moon and Chantal, my most recent hygienist, are so accommodating and have made a big impact on my progress on taking a more active role in my dental health.

I'm always able to get in pretty quickly when needed. The staff is very kind, compassionate, and welcoming, and they make sure you know and understand everything. Dr. Moon, Kylie (just the sweetest!), and all the front desk ladies are amazing!

Our son found Family Dental and recommended them to us; now my husband and I are patients as well, so it's really a "Family" practice for us. Dr. Moon and his staff are careful, thorough, and friendly. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Every visit has been handled very professionally and I’m always well-informed of issues and educated on preventative care. Costs are reviewed in detail and the desk staff is very helpful and pleasant.

This office is awesome all around. Starting from the front desk and manager making my experience Very personable. I have had the pleasure of being a patient for both docs in the office. Dr. Moon is very informative and has a great laugh which makes the appointment more enjoyable than a standard dentist appointment. Dr. Boyko is very gentle and also explains everything in great detail. They are a power duo! The assistants are extremely attentive and super kind. Both hygienist at the office are also very kind and do great work! Makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. The staff is always efficient and friendly. We appreciate the payment options as my sister is on a limited income. Dr Moon is awesome!
