I had an incredible experience with my hygienist, Sharon, during my recent visit. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, and her friendly, polite demeanor immediately put me at ease. Sharon engaged me in conversation throughout the procedure, which helped me stay calm. Her unique tip to "wiggle your toes" was surprisingly effective and made the experience much more enjoyable! Sharon's extensive knowledge and professionalism were evident, and my teeth have never looked better. Even though I was just on a short trip to Ottawa, I would wholeheartedly recommend her for all your hygienist needs. You won't be disappointed!

Sharon not sure how to spell it was my dental hygienist today and she was amazing. Very pleasant and very caring. Best experience I’ve hard. The dentist is very awesome. They helped me when I came in with a golf ball sized infection and have fix most of my problems and been very helpful. I would 100 recommend to go here.

Best experience at Family Dental Care! I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over three years and this time I just went for a routine checkup and cleaning. The dental hygienist, Elaine, did a phenomenal job with my cleaning; it was meticulous and thorough – it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I was impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail – It is worth mentioning that I have a sensitive gum line and she applied some numbing gel to the area so I wouldn’t feel anything during my appointment. After the appointment, she took some time to answer any of my questions and gave great advice on general hygiene. Dr. Bui and the staff are outstanding. I would highly recommend Family Dental Care to any of my friends and family!

The best dental care place I've ever been to! I have dental anxiety and the staff there is very understanding and helpful through the whole process and take their time with each and every person making sure you know you're getting the care you deserve. Another important thing to note is the affordability and the fact that they do accept benefits and direct billing :) definitely give them a visit
