Great experience here. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly to my wife and I. Dr Herrick and Tiffany worked on my two fillings. Once they understood I am severely allergic to pain they made me very comfortable. Though Dr. Herrick seemed to have to give me 5 times the normal dose of Novocaine. I appreciated that more than anything. I no longer fear the dentist thanks to these folks!

Dr. Shumway is really professional and thorough in his exams. Tiffany was so nice and made me feel comfortable even though the ambiance seemed a bit dark. No natural light or windows. The blonde up front doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to dentistry nor cared to help me understand my insurance better. The brunette up front fully explained my treatment plan and my insurance coverage. I felt better after my appointment. 10/10 recommend this group.

Just want to thank Dr. Mary Herrick for giving me my smile back! I recently got a bridge to replace teeth in front; and absolutely love the way they look. I've been going to Family Dental Associates for over 10 years. Dr. Herrick is always kind and in good spirits. She always seems happy to see me; and I know she is not pretending. You can see in her eyes that she really cares about the well-being of her patients. Dr. Herrick has gentle eyes as well as gentle hands. If I could give 10 stars for this review, I would. The office is ran efficiently and I'm never waiting long to be seen. This dentistry is highly recommended by me.The whole staff is super friendly. I also want to also give a special thanks to Kourtney! She's really sweet. Thanks you Kourtney. You are the best!

My experience at Family Dental has always been incredible. The staff is super friendly and they always put the patient first. Shelby at the front desk is wonderful. I’ve been a patient for years. All the dentists are very good. I normally see Dr. Herrick. Dr. Herrick is the best.
