My Appointment went well. Today, the doctors were nice they cleaned and did x-rays on me l loved everything about it. Would come more often just got to get over my fears. I recommend it to anyone!

Waited over an hour and a half..... they just stick u in a chair n leave u sitting n waiting.... no actual dental hygienist. Dentist tore up my mouth and did not actually clean my teeth and broke a part of a filling off so now I need to try to get in with another dentist to get it fixed, had some poor girl with no n experience attempt to polish my teeth. Whole actual appointment was maybe 5 mins tops between 'polishing & dentist'. I made the dentist stop and got up and left bc she was gouging so badly at the root that I was about to jump out of my skin. Had dozens of cleanings done in my life, never had that kind of experience.

As usual, this was a miserable experience. Running late, no problem, dental offices get busy and problems arise. My kids had consecutive appointments. The hygienist came out and called my first child’s name and then some random name, so I didn’t answer. So she said it again. I said my first child’s name that she had gotten correct and then said are you saying my next child’s name? She was rude, as if it was my fault that she had the wrong patient name. Get back in the room and they keep calling my one kid by the wrong name. I finally said that’s not their name! Come to find out kids name was wrong in their system. Waited over an hour to see the dentist for my first child. We’ve been going there since they were itty bitty. When we went to check out and pick up a referral for the orthodontist, they still called my kid by the wrong name and that name was on the referral. I reiterated, my child has NEVER been called by this name. She acted as though I was making it up and trying to pull something over on them. I asked her to please fix it in the system. She handed me back the referral with kids name whited out and a hand written name in its place. Then she proceeded to tell me that the orthodontist wasn’t accepting new patients. So what is the referral for?!?! It’s a piece of paper with the wrong name and actually means nothing because the dentist isn’t accepting anyone new. Government dental care is a joke.

I was seen one hour after my scheduled appointment today. They acknowledged their delay. At the very end of the appointment. Their bathrooms were unhygienic, at minimum. I am aware that this is a clinic for "welfare" clients, but they could surely could do better by presentation. The front desk individuals have no business working in customer service. I previously worked in the Drug & Rehab field. I stopped bringing clients to this location due to the poor service. However, poor insurance limits options when someone is in need. I have since stopped bringing my own family here due to the appearance, lack of customer service, slow service, unhygienic services until I had no other options.
