Customer Reviews
I’ve been bringing my children to Falmouth Pediatric Dentistry for almost 20 years. I have 4 children 20, 16, 9 and 3 they all love it there as well as I do! My oldest son had a hard time with dentists when he was little and we had some horrible experiences at 2 other places. I found this office and was SO thankful I did!! All the staff are exceptional and so incredibly kind! They are wonderful with all my children! The Doctor is excellent and so great with all my children as well and answers any questions I have thoroughly. They offer appointments for all my children on the same day which is so convenient when I travel 30 minutes to and from! When my now 9 year old had a lip tie that caused him issues with nursing (that no pediatrician caught despite me bringing it up at every Drs appointment since birth) I had him checked out at my older children’s appointment and they got him scheduled for a Frenectomy quickly. It literally took a few seconds, my son did so well and healed up fantastically and was back to nursing in no time! I’m so glad they gave me answers when I wasn’t getting any from his doctor. It’s always a great visit! Thank you so much everyone at Falmouth pediatric dentistry!!! This is my 3 year old from her visit today! ?
My 6 kids love dentist visits here. Every staff member has a great personality and works well with children. We are always in and out in a timely manner as well. I highly recommend this place!
I had such a hard time getting my four year-old into a dentist that could actually work on him. Our family dentist had a hard time because he didn’t sit still, and is very active to the point where it put us off from getting his cavity fixed for so long that his tooth became an abscess! After three referrals and an abscess later, we finally found this dentist office. They took him in for an emergency and did absolutely amazing. We highly recommend and would definitely come back as paying customers!
Amazing dentist for children. Had time to do same day treatment for my child which made it more convenient for us as we lived far away. Understanding and easy to understand with doctors and nurses 10/10
If you're looking for reliability, accountability, or professionalism - this is not the place. It's a shame the face of their business is such a poor representation of the actual care they provide. My child was seen by another office within the same work week of my calling to establish care at the new dental office. Here's how they earned this review: - The office contacted me four times to reschedule my child's appointment weeks (and even months) out at a time from the new dates. When brought to their attention, reception was indifferent, and refused to explore potential solutions. They "do not have a waiting list because it would just be too long" (quote the receptionist) That speaks loudly to the frequency of this happening to other families, who have also left one star reviews. - If your child is scheduled for the opening appointment at 7:30am and comes down sick the night before - you cannot cancel your appointment until after they open since they do not have any way to contact the office, be it voicemail, portal message, anything.* I had posted a scathing one star review prior to this one you're reading that I deleted and am rewriting today. After the initial review was posted, reception reached out to me. Rather than trying to address the problem or offer any solutions, the purpose of the phone call was to directly ask me to change my review. The audacity. *(It was also in the above phone call asking me to change my review, the receptionist, Shay, tried to shame me for cancelling my child's 7:30a appointment at 7:35a when my kid came down extremely sick the night before the appointment with what ended up being pneumonia that eventually landed her in the hospital)
My kiddos have been going to Falmouth Pediatric Dentistry for years and it has been well worth the 45 minute drive. We have yet to have a bad experience there and will be super sad when my kiddos age out, but that’s okay because that will open up 3 more spots for others to experience what we have had the pleasure of experiencing for years.
