I had an amazing experience at Factoria Dental Care as a new patient. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Jason Chan was highly knowledgeable and gentle. He was very patient and explained everything to me in a very direct and transparent way. He made the cleaning process very comfortable. This was by far the best experience I have had at the dentist and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality dental care.

I had my first visit for a teeth cleaning at Factoria Dental Care and I am extremely impressed with the care I received. Dr. Jason Chan is very professional, friendly, and made sure I was informed at every step of the process. He clearly explained my dental situation and outlined what needed to be addressed in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Jason and his team are amazing! I just moved to Washington and needed a new dentist. I expressed I was anxious and the entire team was very caring and attentive to ensure I was comfortable and not experiencing any anxiety or discomfort. I felt very welcome by the warm reception area and every person I met with was very kind and friendly. Services are affordable as well and I never felt pressured to do anything "extra" like you experience other places. I would highly recommend Dr. Jason and his team!!!

This is the best dental clinic I had been to and I'd recommend it to my family and friends. Dr. Chan and all his staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease (very important to a person who could occasionally pass out when taking a routine blood test!). They tended to the smallest details and were accommodative as much as they could to my schedule so I was able to get a procedure I desperately needed but was not scheduled on the visit.

Today I made an appointment for the first time to have my teeth checked and cleaned. Dr.Chan and the staff are very friendly and skillful ,and they also can communicate in Chinese and Cantonese in addition to English. I am very happy to have Factoria Dental Care as my long-term dental care in the future.

I have always enjoyed visiting this dental office due to the excellent care from the doctors, the welcoming receptionist, and my go-to hygienist, Uyen. However, I was a little disappointed with my most recent visit. This time, I saw a different hygienist, Rachel. While I understand that everyone has their own technique, I experienced more discomfort than usual during the cleaning, which had not been the case in previous visits. Additionally, I did not have my annual periodontal charting or X-rays done (which are overdue by a year), making it difficult for the doctor to perform a thorough exam for cavities or other issues. I value this office and the care I’ve received in the past, and I hope this feedback helps maintain the high standards I’ve come to expect.

Dr. Jason cares about his patients. He examines carefully, and tells you if there is any dental issue that needs to be addressed, and explains to you the procedures to treat the issue. The hygienist and the receptionist are also good. So far good experience visiting this dental office. I would recommend it to my friends.

Dr. Jason and his staff are always so polite, patient and professional. My husband and I switched over to his clinic from elsewhere due to great experience. We do our annual cleaning and treatment, and I also had my Invisalign done here. They are always responsive and accommodating. I’d highly recommend to anyone who has dental needs.
