Star away !!! They dont inform you if they're still in your insurance network & just tell you come in without telling you how much they're going to charge you. It should be a policy to let the customers know if their insurance will cover the visits & procedures instead of just getting people in the chair & charging them an arm & a leg for a routine cleaning ($1800) They're also charging me for a tooth filling ($300) I never got

October 14, 2017. Hello, Just got done reading yelp reviews which floored me. Perhaps giving this place a fair chance to redeem themselves may surprise you. Came in yesterday for a rather lengthy procedure involving multiple extractions. At the end of about two hours, I was extremely satisfied with the way I was treated. The doctor, dental assistants, and front office staff were more than professional. If I could rate them a 10 +, I would. What really stood out was the level of concern exhibited by Dr. Hakopian, along with his assistants ensuring I was comfortable, and devoid of any measureable amount of pain. I have always been a skeptic, as most people are of dentists. These guys don't really get a fair shake from the onset. However, I say with a tremendous amount of confidence, "they are the best of the best" in their craft! Guys, maintaining a fair disposition you need to know I did not write this review with the expectation of gaining anything in return from them. Thank you guys, you definitely have my confidence and my business. Great dentists, clean modern clinic with a caring attitude exhibited by the entire staff. Yes, It starts from the time you walk in. Dr. Gasparian is one of, if not the best dentist that has ever worked on me. Patient, gentle, very knowledgeable, and very well educated are just a few ominous traits. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for giving me back my smile!!! I will be back!

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional… visited them for a simple cleaning. first, I waited 10 minutes when I arrived and there was nobody at the front desk. 2nd, they gave me paperwork to sign AFTER they took X-ray (I could have been pregnant or have a disease). 3rd, there was no cover on the patient bed and it looked disgusting. 4th, they didn’t do the cleaning! After they took X-ray they told me their billing people aren’t there and they have to reschedule for the cleaning! Seriously?! I drove 12 miles to get there, they ruined me whole day and after I spent 40 minutes at their office they just realized they can’t get it done!!! Save your time and stay away from this place.

I really love this dental office. Dr. Koh is seriously the best dentist ever. I had to get one of my front veneers replaced and he spent so much time on my case to ensure that I was 100% happy with the way it looked including going back and forth with the lab letting them know what needed to be done. It took a while to get it perfect but it was his mission to make sure they got it right and I'm so happy with the results. I would def recommend going here if you need check-ups, cleanings or cosmetic needs.

If you're looking for a clean and professional detal office with high quality customer service, EZ Dental is certainly the place to visit! Booking my first appointment for my 2 kids and I was easy. Registration process the morning of my appt on 3/14/20 went smooth. We were greeted by Sarina and Silvia at the front desk, both ladies are welcoming, nice, informative, helpful and overall very professional. My two kids (11 & 14 years old) and I saw Dr. Slaven and assistant, Liz and there job performance, client service and satisfaction is great! My kids and I are all in agreement on how well they met our needs and expectations. Additionally, the staff at EZ Dental made easy conversations with us, they explained everything thoroughly, showed me a detailed list of insurance coverage and client out-of-pocket expenses following with different payment options (obviously, keep in mind that -any- expenses (if/when applicable) are different for everyone, since it varies for each individuals current situation). In our situation, due to my change on jobs and dental insurance. During the last 2 years we have visited 2-3 different dental offices and finally today, the three of us are so happy to have visited EZ Dental! We are very grateful with the professionalism that we were treated and agreed that this is now the Dental place for our routine check-ups, cleaning, etc. We already confirmed our next appointments and we very much look forward to the great service again each time we visit. Lastly, I hardly ever write reviews (I read them all the time since I find it helpful learning about other people's experiences before I visit all different types of places) I think in my adult life (I'm 35) I've only written 2-3 reviews. With that being said, I would like to highlight that this review is based on overall, cleanliness, neatness, professionalism, performance and great delivery of EZ Dental.
