I love Expert Dental! Who can say that about their dentist? The staff is incredible, polite, responsive and knowledgeable. The dentists I've worked with here are all excellent but I have to give an extra shout out to Dr. Charms. By far the best bedside manner of any dentist I've ever gone to and very knowledgeable. You are in good hands with Expert Dental!

Dr. Elizabeth Park went above and beyond for me during my recent visit, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has an incredible bedside manner—calm, kind, and truly attuned to her patients’ needs. I felt heard and supported every step of the way. What stood out most was how clearly she explained everything, from treatment options to strategies for managing my care within the limitations of my insurance. Dr. Park even worked with me to create a realistic timeline that accommodated both my health priorities and financial considerations. It’s rare to find a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also so compassionate and understanding. Her thoughtful approach and genuine care made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts their patients first, Dr. Park is the one!

I am an exteememely happy patient of Expert Dental for over 5 years. I love how they explain all procedures, office is very clean, staff very friendly, very punctual. No long wait. Good hours. 10 out of 10 recommended! Dr Anna, Dr. Belfer, Dr. Park, Dr. Khezri and Rubina are all amazing!

I have had my first ever dental cleaning here… and what an experience over all. Wait time was excellent, no wait time at all and clean facility! Dr Wu was my doctor and he was great in explaining everything. Saba helped with cleaning and explained while she was doing the procedure. Over all great experience and recommend this place!!

I strongly advise avoiding this business (not practice). Once they have your information and you go for your first visit, you may find yourself stuck in an endless billing cycle. I went in perfectly healthy, but since my visit, I’ve experienced numerous dental problems. The dentist/prosthodontist appeared inexperienced, forcefully cementing crowns that didn’t fit properly. For nearly six months, I’ve been in constant pain, repeatedly returning for adjustments that only seem to make matters worse. Despite this, they continue to bill my insurance for procedures that appear to have intentionally caused more damage. Even my insurance provider has struggled to get in touch with them. Meanwhile, I’m bombarded with emails, text messages, and voicemails. To make matters worse, they’ve recommended I see a specialist for surgery something I never needed before and I’ve recently been receiving messages about extractions. I walked into this business in excellent health, and now I’ve been suffering ever since. This experience has been deeply frustrating and concerning, and I cannot recommend this business to anyone. I should have chosen an out-of-network provider that is reliable and trustworthy. My insurance has informed me that I overpaid for the services, yet Expert Dental is still requesting payment.
