Exceptional Dentistry of Jeffersonville

Disappointed with how they treat their employees by letting them go with no notice! Especially a loyal employee of 8 years! I bet they could care less about their patients if they treat their employees this way! Will never set foot in this place again!

I normally go to their Louisville location but due to my career change, I now have new dental insurance that their office doesn't cover but Jeffersonvilles location does. Dr. Hamman was beyond fabulous. I felt like I was probably their "worst" patient of the day as I was mid flare up with awful heart burn and learned today that it will cause the numbing to wear off sooner. Regretting my Cinco De Mayo celebrations as this would've all been avoided. She and the dental assistant did their best with me and my extremely high blood pressure due to severe anxiety despite going to the dentist regularly. Their office is super cute and all of the staff as really nice.

They stop accepting GEAPPLIANCES insurance which was great for the community and Louisville. I was a 30 year plus customer. They are bad for the community because all money ani't good money. They don't value there customers and are not transparent !!..

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I have been through several unfortunate dental experiences during both of my pregnancies. Every single person including Sarah with the front desk, all of the dental hygienists (they are ALL amazing), Dr Shoemaker/Dr Hammond has always been extremely kind, reassuring, gentle and does their very best to see me as soon as possible. Urgent issues as well as routine care are an absolute pleasure. Even the specialists they have referred me to have been wonderful and feel specifically chosen for their excellent patient care. I will drive miles out of my way to continue going here. Every person here has a love for patients as well as for what they do. They are simply the best!

I love Dr Shoemaker & all of her staff. They are all so friendly & down to earth. They make you feel very comfortable no matter what issues you are dealing with. I recently finished up Invisalign treatment with them & Dr Shoemaker did a fabulous job! I’m so glad someone recommended them to me a few years ago. ?
