Love Excel Family Dental! Dr Heidi and her team are the best. So helpful and accommodating. All staff members are fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. Facilities are modern and super clean with a high commitment to safety. Dr Heidi takes the time to explain the WHY to you of what she’s doing or thinks needs ti be done. Best dentist ever.

This was my first time taking my daughter who needed to be seen by a dentist. We were in process of looking for a new dentist office and came across Excel Family Dental in Quincy. I am happy and satisfied w/ how they handled their services. They informed me w/ what needs to be done and was professional! The office was easy to locate and friendly. They had an opening and was able to fit my daughter in which I really appreciate and efficiency was the key. Will def recommend and will be back for future appointments. They are truly the best I won’t go anywhere else I’ve had dental work done here for about 10 years they are alway clean and thorough paying attention to detail. I had dental insurance problems for quite a long time but I didn’t go anywhere else. I had to wait to see my doctor Heidi she’s the best I had many surgeries to my teeth and she always does the best job and might I add I had a root canal done by her husband also so awesome no pain at all thank you so much excel dental . If I could add another star, I would.

I have been going to Dr. Heidi for dental care since I moved to Quincy 5 years ago and I always have a good experience. I honestly have never liked going to the dentist because of the sensory overwhelm of it all, but all of the staff is incredibly kind and understanding! I even convinced my husband to switch dentists after we got married. Hands down best dental practice I've ever been to!
