Evolve Dental Care - Dr. James Oliver

My husband and I recently moved to Evolve from another very large dental practice in town and before we even had our first cleanings, my husband had to go see Dr. Oliver about a broken tooth. Moving to Evolve was very easy,, with most papers able to be filled out and sent online and everyone we spoke to on the phone during this process was so friendly and helpful. In the office today, we were greeted like old friends even though it was our first time there. Dr. Oliver's treatment plan was reasonable and less expensive than the procedure I thought he would recommend. We liked everything about this office and we also loved the therapy dog that I'm now convinced every dental office could use!

Amazing patient care from my first phone Inquiring about new patients until the moment I left my first appointment. Dr. Oliver answered all my questions and very personable. All of the office crew were very welcoming! Happy to have found a dentist in Richmond ☺️

Great dentistry! I called for an appointment and was able to come in the very next day, which happened to be my birthday. Just about everyone there said happy birthday to me! The staff is incredibly kind & helpful, and their therapy dog Ashby is adorable! I came in with the wrong insurance card and the receptionist helped register me with my current plan while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 7 years and the tech never made me feel bad about that at all. She was great! The dentist explains everything so you know exactly what he’s looking for in your teeth X-rays. I learned a lot about teeth in my appointment! 10/10!

As someone who’s been going to see Dr Knaysi and his team for generations, the change to Dr Oliver was a first daunting. But after meeting him all my worries melted away. He is very kind and compassionate and good at what he does. And they still have the same team of staff I knew and loved. Plus they have a very sweet therapy dog in the office. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend!! Everyone at Evolve Dental Care has been great from the very first phone call. They have all been very respectful and thorough in all that they do. Dr. Oliver is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and genuine. For someone who used to HATE going to the dentist’s office, Dr. Oliver and his team make it a pleasant experience to be there.
