Every Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

Today was not a good day for my family and I. The staff here at this office seem to not care about the inconvenience that they have caused us. I had appointments set for my three children for over 2 weeks. The day of the appointment they tell me they're missing insurance information. Which would be fine if they had notified me earlier... I would have been able to take care of it. So they canceled my children's appointments. All three of them. Asked me to call my insurance and reschedule for a couple weeks out. One of my children has tooth pain. When I told the representative over the phone we wouldn't be coming back because of the inconvenience she said "perfect". After coming here for so many years they did not treat me with respect or kindness. This was something that could have been avoided. They seem to not care about my family which really hurts we've been coming there for so long.

This office is fantastic! We don't feel like "just another patient" here. They always remember the kids' names and are always so super nice and friendly. Jen and Katie are the best at making my kids feel comfortable! They always have fun prizes at the end too ?

Took my daughter here for her first dentist appointment this week, and it was the best Dr's visit we have had! They make it so comfortable for the child. The visit was so low stress on us both, especially for my daughter! And Dr. Simpson is SO awesome!!! Recommend her 100%! Looking forward to going back and best of all so is Brie!

First timer!!!! And I loved it....let me start off by saying this place was amazing front office was friendly my experience was easy and fast. My 3 year old was happy and didn’t cry at all he was well taken care off by a friendly, kind, and just wonderful dental assistant Janeth someone I would definitely recommend. The doctor was as well kind and informative and not in a hurry like other dentist I’ve been too. I will definitely be back.

. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!!!! Very unprofessional my son is 2 years old and they jabbed him with the mirror rod tool from the bottom and made him bleed all over my clothes and his pants. The most traumatizing dentist appointment I’ve ever been too. One of the dentist that was checking my son teeth made very rude comment and I quote “Are you sure your son doesn’t have Autism and chuckled and walked away” Just because my son didn’t corroborate?? He’s a baby no kid likes anyone stabbing them in the mouth to make them bleed. But when he cry’s he has Autism?? So warning please do not go to this Dentist I would love to find somewhere that my child feels safe not like he’s getting abused.
