First of all, Maureen at the desk is welcoming and friendly! I just love her. Erika and Dr. Yoon are absolutely fabulous! I started at the practice with major dental issues. I have a huge phobia of dentist and all that comes with it. Erika is super comforting allowing breaks and reassurance. She remembers things about me as a person! It’s like being with a friend. Dr. Yoon provides a safe environment using resources necessary to get the proper dental care comfortably. He is very knowledgeable about his expertise and genuinely cares for your dental health. He’s also comforting during fillings, especially for nervous people like me. He doesn’t make me feel like a burden. I REFUSE to ever go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Evergreen Dental for many years now, before they took over the original practice and it’s always a pleasant experience. Erika has been taking care of my family for easily over 20 years and is always on point, gentle, and cares for what she does! Dr Yoon is always a friendly face and staff overall are very welcoming. Also, the office itself is modern, clean, and presents a calming aura.

Erika did not only routinely clean my teeth but also showed genuine interest in my overall well-being. Her care and knowledge were evident throughout. I also truly appreciate when office staff are both pleasant and helpful, just as Maureen is. Dr. Yoon is always attentive, pleasant, patient and provides excellent dental care. I feel a strong sense of quiet teamwork within the office.

I have gone twice to see Erika for a cleaning. She is amazing. She is very efficient and careful but more importantly, she is compassionate and offers the extra care to someone, who like me, is afraid of the dentist. I recommend her without hesitation. Thank you Erika for your patience and empathy!
