Always a pleasure, such nice folks. Takes great care of their patients and you leave feeling like part of the family.

This dentist and the front desk staff have always gone above and beyond. I've been coming here for over 15 years, and have never been disappointed! Last time I had an appointment, I had an issue with my dental insurance showing eligible, and the girls at the front desk both helped me resolve the issue before I was even seen! All I had to do was provide my updated policy information! Thank you to all the hard-working staff and both Dr. Ernst and Dr. Miller for wonderful service throughout all these years!

My first visit to Ernst was great! The waiting room environment was comfortable and I was checked in with ease. I liked that my cleaning room had a large window with a bird feeder just outside. It was peaceful to watch while getting my teeth cleaned. My hygienist, Brennan, was the best! She was very kind and knowledgeable, and most importantly, gentle while cleaning my teeth.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and usually it’s a very pleasant experience but considering how I was treated this morning I’ll be giving a 1 star. Our policy has been the same for years and suddenly it’s “not in our system, says it ended.” Incorrect, the policy has been active for 2 and 1/2 years the information hasn’t changed. MetLife is horrible trying to get on the phone as a customer and not a business so I relayed that they needed to call MetLife if there’s an issue on the businesses end. She hung up on me! I call back trying to relay the information again and was told she has no idea what I’m talking about and that I needed to stop yelling when I didn’t yell, I became assertive. Considering the rude treatment I decided to physically come in so it can actually be resolved. I’ll be updating this post as soon as I speak with Dr. Ernst because sometimes people have a bad day but the ladies at the front are just beyond any and all experiences I’ve had here.

My wife and I have been clients of the Ernst’s for over twenty years. We love the dental hygienists that Ernst Dental Centre has amassed as well as the support staff and of course Dr Ernst, Sr., who has usually examined the work of his staff or performed the cap work we need in our more advanced ages. The facilities are fabulous and the view of birds and squirrels (for which he keeps them returning with nutritious morsels) from the vantage point of our dental chairs. The hygienists bear with us as we talk their heads off and interfere with the ongoing procedures. We just love this place. Fortunately, for them we generally intrude once every six months for teeth cleaning. Oh, and we’ve been seen by Dr. Ernst, Jr. when the elder is out (which isn’t very often). He’s very good too and we enjoy him as well!
