Ericksen Dental

I started going here many years ago, and eventually, my wife switched too. She was so happy with the entire staff at Ericksen Dental that she switched my stepson and our young daughter from her pediatric dentist. Dr Ericksen is appropriately hesitant to prescribe invasive and expensive procedures without exhausting other options first and has helped us avoid unnecessary dental work, for example, when a filling didn't really need replacing or when a toothache ended up going away. In short, I trust them to do for my family what they would do for their own families!

My. Visit at Ericsen Dental was completely satisfying. The entire Staff was amazing, and Dr Ericsen was, without a doubt the best Dentist I have ever visited. He addressed all of my questions in a precise, easy to understand manner, and everything went exactly as planned. I would not hesitate to recommend his Practice to anyone.

I normally have a great experience with them and I’ve been coming here since I was like 12 which I am now 25. My whole family comes here from my siblings to my parents and I scheduled and appt for my bf to start coming. He went to his first appt a month ago they told him he needed to come back for 2 deep cleanings and they scheduled it pretty far out since their busy which is fine, but when he called today saying he needed to reschedule they stated he wasn’t in the system. So I called asking how that’s possible and they said bcuz he was scheduled for 2 hours and we have a DMO insurance plan and they don’t take that. But for 1 I called and gave her my insurance back in June or July and I was never told that nor did I ever get call, text or voicemail and he went to his first appt and wasn’t told that either. 2. I still have not received a call text or vm about the insurance or the appt that was supposed to be today. They did not tell us he was being removed completely from both appts coming up. And they did not tell me there was an issue with the insurance. And to take him off bcuz of the issue with insurance is BS bcuz they did not ask if we were going to pay cash or if there is another form of payment? So I am a little upset because how can I sit here and tell my Bf and everyone how great they are yet we got treated like this? Even when I called today the lady on the phone didn’t ask if there was any other way to pay or anything. Normally I get text updates, voicemails if I’m not able to pick up but I did not receive anything and that’s disappointing to deal with.

Such a great, friendly, thorough experience. Dr Erickson knew I was anxious about my tooth health and so he walked through my xrays and talked through all my concerns. Cannot recommend enough!

This Ericksen Dental is a wonderful office. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Always a good experience for my son and I.

I was extremely happy the moment of walking into the office. Office help set the tone. Celene at front desk was friendly, helpful & efficient & made me feel good about the Dentist Next was the Dentist work room. Assistant was friendly, made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Erickson was great . He answered any questions I had & explained what he was going to do. I know the procedure was not easy to do but he did it effortlessly & kept me comfortable. I am happy to say the procedure was great!
