Epic Family Dentistry of Carrollton

I have been in search of an honest Dental practice since moving back to TX. This location delivered on that and more. They were honest, friendly, and attentive. Everyone on staff was courteous and the dental staff takes great care of their patients. I was seen at my set appointment time and never had to wait around. I also mentioned I have a condition that causes a lot of inflammation and they were very gentle and kept checking on my comfort level. I will be recommending to friends and family and coming back myself.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was exceptional, they saw us within 30 minutes of making an emergency appt. They were so kind and entertained my son who had experienced a dental injury. Dr Amina and the team there took such good care of us that I’m contemplating switching dentists. Thank you for your kindness and good customer service!

I love Epic Family Dentistry! They are the first dentist i’ve been back to in a long time so they really welcomed me in, made it affordable, and took care of me to get everything back in order. Marissa is awesome and always keeps me up to date!

This place is the best dental office iv been to in years. They are so helpful and affordable. I live 8 hours away and the trip here makes it all worth it! Staff amazing girls super nice and dr explains everything to me. I see people say they don’t understand their treatment but Marissa came to my room and explained everything very clearly to me prior to the work being completed. I will be back as soon as I get back in town to do my next cleaning here. My family is also starting to come here and they said they too have had the great experiences also. I love you epic! I had a great experience at Epic Family Dental today. It was my daughter’s, who has multiple disabilities, first time seeing a dentist so I was worried about how she would react to getting X-rays and treatment. The dentist and staff handled her so well. They talked her through each stage and exercised patience which lessened my anxiety and hers. After the experience with my daughter I was convinced that I needed to become a patient at this dental office. Caring and compassionate people are rare these days so I really feel blessed to have interacted with such a great team and I look forward to our future visits. I rate this office a 5 out of 5.
