EPIC DENTAL SPA

Horrible service, not at the bolingbrook location but the one at Devon Ave in West Ridge. I went for a single cavity and they ended charging me $100 dollar for a SINGLE filling. I kinda felt it was odd that amount so I called my dental insurance and they told me it was supposed to be only $22 dollars. I tried to call them back and ask for my refund and they didn't want to give me the money even though I show them it was wrong that amount I got charged. I have to put an financial dispute with my insurance so that I could get my money back, this happened on april, I ended getting my money back barely last week of august,totally unacceptable. On top of that issues the receptionist at the devon location she is EXTREMELY rude, you barely can speak with her cause she wanna cut the conversation and hang the phone. I won't recommend this place, I am glad to be out there.

We scheduled a couple of family appointments for cleanings with Dr. Amin at the Bloomingdale location and Dr. Amin was able to fix a chip in my tooth on the spot. He has an awesome bedside manner aside from a great, friendly staff environment overall. I had fun going to this dentist and felt cared for like family. I would recommend him to anyone 100%.

The Epic Dental Spa is a wonderful, complete experience and surpasses any dental clinic experience we have had in the past. It was a family visit for us and it's something we will definitely repeat. Dr Kamlesh Amin and his staff are excellent. They made us comfortable while quickly (and painlessly) finishing our treatment. Dr Amin has helped me get rid of my fear of dentists.

Dr. Amin and staff are wonderful! I like the fact that Dr. Amin is straight forward, to the point and does not sugar coat facts. They take care of our dental maintenance & address issues perfectly.

They were so nice here! Not only were they the nicest doctors office I've been in but they were so quick and even got me in the same day, while I didn't end up having my work done there I was still made to feel very comfortable and respected. I wish I could have had my wisdom tooth out here I unfortunately need to be knocked out fully because I'm so scared of the procedure but they were just so so kind about the whole thing I really appreciated it
