Encore Dental Clinic

I had a teeth cleaning and a filling at Encore and the whole thing was a breeze. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. During the whole process the staff made sure I was comfortable and was okay through out the appointment. I truly recommend Encore if you’re looking for a new dental clinic.

I have seen both Dr. Jung and Dr. Lu multiple times, and each time I feel so good! My teeth feels great, the atmosphere is very relaxing thanks to friendly assistants (Caitlin) and staff, felt very rested coming out of the dental office. We are grateful to have Encore Dental team in the Downtown Poco neighborhood. Thanks guys!

Encore dental is the best group of people to care for your dental needs. From the moment you step in the door to the time you leave, EVERYONE, is warm, kind, capable, and so good at what they do. I’m a very sensitive human and not a huge fan of needles and the noises found at the dentist and in all honesty I look forward to going in just so I can see them! lol Love it here 10/10!!

I recently visited this dental office for both a cleaning with the hygienist and a check-up with the dentist, and I was highly disappointed with the level of service provided. From the moment I walked in, the hygienist didn't introduce herself or explain what she was going to do, which left me feeling uncertain about the process. As she was working on my teeth, the dentist unexpectedly entered the room, disrupting the cleaning without prior notice. This lack of coordination between the staff felt unprofessional and unsettling. I expected a more organized and informative experience, especially when it comes to my dental health. unfortunately, this visit left me feeling frustrated

Hygienist was very calm and focused on what she was doing. The dentist was very precise and professionally kind. The receptionist was cheerful. Overall ,I like it. If they make their website to see the staffs including dentists easily, it would be very helpful for prospective customers .
