Empire Dental Group and Orthodontics

First time patient here, was referred from a friend. I’ve heard great things about this office and staff & decided to check it out myself. Everyone including the front staff was amazing, specially Cristina. She’s so sweet & made the whole check in process super smooth. She even asked what I would want to watch while they prepared the room for me which helped me stay relax. Dr. Walia who did my treatment is awesome, she gave me a full breakdown of what to expect & answered all my questions beforehand. Overall my experience was 10/10 & I’d definitely be back! I will be referring all my friends & family here as I was taken back by the great customer service by everyone at the office. My expectations weren’t only met but they went above and beyond my prior dental office experiences which were also not so great. Great staff & team!

Empire Dental is great! All the staff is amazing. They are friendly, welcoming and very helpful if I have questions. Dr Co is great as well. Takes time to listen to your concerns and explains things thoroughly. Also makes you feel super comfortable and at ease if you feel anxious or nervous about a procedure. Would highly recommend him and this dentist group!

Been coming here for a few years. Love the Doctor and team. Very nice, professional, listen to my needs, and i always walk out feeling better teeth-health wise. All the work they have done to my teeth have not developed any issues. I trust Empire Dental more than any other dental office I have been to before.

They are an amazing team of people. I tend to experience high anxiety when visiting the dentist, but felt truly calm and welcomed by all the staff. I truly felt heard and supported for my needs regarding my anxiety, which I did not expect. Office/operations manager, Melissa Ramirez, is a sweetheart and endearing in addition to detailed, thorough, and thoughtful when providing needed information. Thank you for the level of care you all provide.

When I first moved to LA (Burbank) 15 years ago this place was my dentist of choice. In later years I moved out of the valley and naively thought all dental office's would be just as good. Instead I gave up looking for a good place and slipped away from regular care. With my recent teeth and gum health issues I again tried a few places before coming back to Empire and realizing that I can't stand anywhere else! They are the ONLY team of people who are patient and able to work with my gag reflex issues. This is also the only place that takes me seriously and addresses the problems I am having. My oral health is improving again! Edit to say that I love the positive energy given by the front desk girls! I've never felt a negative energy vibe walking in there.

Dr. Pei and the Hygienist (I sadly forgot her name. Brunette, Vasili? I’m not sure based on the websites listing of staff). Took great care of me. I have not been to the dentist in about a year. I feel that it’s always a big price tag attached to an uncomfortable experience, and care may or may not be present. Fortunately, my experience here was so pleasant, I started writing this review prior to my cleaning. So, It’s still a dental office with big price tags attached to almost everything, but that’s the case no matter where I go. Here, I felt well cared for and respected. Dr. Pei is was so gentle while in my mouth and she was great at sharing her dental steps with me. I hate the sound of the tools in contact with my teeth and the water in my mouth. The Dr. and Hygienist were both adamant about me telling them if I needed a break or suction. I didn’t have to say anything because they did it well. My care team today was probably the best I’ve had so far, and I will not hesitate to return for my next check up! *The office was clean, and front assistants were helpful and had great customer service. While there’s parking, spots fill fast near there office so you may have to park further. I was in and out within an hour and 8 min as a new patient.

I recently had a teeth cleaning with Zack, and it was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. Zack took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped ease any anxiety I had. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients’ oral health. I highly recommend Zack for anyone looking for a thorough and pleasant dental experience! Dental group is amazing! I will refer all my friends and family to come here!
