Emergency Tooth Doctor East

These guys are great! I broke a molar in half Saturday night. I knew it needed to be extracted. We were scheduled to go on vacation (first time in two years) to the coast Sunday and they were able to get me in early afternoon Sunday and we went on our way after the appointment. Dr. Steven Tyler Schumaker was very kind and gentle, told me everything he was doing every step of the way. It couldn’t have gone better, and it was pretty pain-free. I’m very grateful.

I sought treatment for an infected broken tooth yesterday & after sitting here in pain that has completely debilitated me at this point & I’ve now taken 3 doses of antibiotics I realize that I’ve had 3 other instances in my life where I have sought treatment for a broken tooth & every time EXCEPT the most recent 4th incident - the dentist prescribed me both antibiotics & pain medication - WITHOUT ME ASKING but my most recent visit with this establishment I had to ask for pain medication & was literally denied it. Now that I have sat here & in such a state I feel I can’t freakin even drive myself anywhere to get help - I realize there’s no way I’m trusting a doctor that let me walk out in that kind of pain with removing my tooth. Y’all can do what you want but I have zero respect for a dentist that doesn’t care about the wellbeing of his patients. I can count on one hand how many times in my life I’ve even taken prescribed pain medicine but to know a dr would prescribe it when I asked was the worst I literally feel humiliated and I’m in horrible physical pain. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone. My first experience with this place was good but this last one ruined it for me completely. I do not wish this on anyone.

Dr Schwem is great, she gave me a RX to relax me before having my tooth pulled ( I have a bad anxiety of dentist and needles) Professional and calming demeanor. First time I had a tooth pulled without experiencing ANY pain the whole time. Staff is great also.

I am writing this on my way back from having an extraction and it was great. I was so scared but I literally felt no pain at all. It was so quick I didn’t even know when the tooth was pulled. You guys did a great job!

Went there 6pm they took xray then the dentist said infection and it needs filling only so after 30mins filling im numb and after couple hours my tooth is 100 percent super pain and i took 1000mg of tylenol and didnt help until middle of the night until morning my tooth super pain then i called tgis morning they said ok come so i went there they said pull out or root canal so i decided to pull it out because of the price then i asked them that the one i paid last night it should be covered because its not my fault they did xray and they should tell me pull out or root call so they let me again..it sucks i paid the amount that its not my fault..crazy will not go back there

I went in to have a root canal done and Dr. Pham did a great job! He was very honest about how hard my root canal would be before we started. I was very happy with how it went!

Do not go here!! I went to the Vancouver location one first for a root canal which I paid for there and they did the first part of it out of 3. Then I had to come to this location to get the second part done. They charged me again for the first part and for the second part even though I told them I already paid for it they insisted that’s just how it is. They were not informative and the dentist who worked on my tooth wouldn’t even come talk to me or tell me anything after he was done
