Called to locate a dentist that would see me in a hurry, I got a rep on the line who asked which type of insurance do I have. I wasn’t totally sure of the type (which I also let the rep know) I told the rep it maybe a hmo. He then completed a search for dentist that would be in my area, which came up zero. I then requested he do a search for a ppo dentist he immediately denied me and told me that I choose the hmo first and he would not search again. If this is the way your assistance program is set up it’s a bunch of bs

Not sure why it’s called emergency dental when they won’t see you for an emergency week later it’s no longer an emergency at that point change the name and stop wasting people’s time

I called to this office, and they got me an appointment really fast, I'm glad I found a dentist after hours. Thank you!

When you call, it's automated. And after I enter my zip code, it automatically hangs up on me.
