The staff stayed even though the online appointment system booked me later than usual. They made sure I was taken care of because I was in a lot of pain, even when the first plan didn’t work out for me. The doctor was so kind and efficient in doing my root canal. It’s so nice to find somewhere that has employees that genuinely care about others and doing their job exceptionally. Thank you.

Had an emergency tooth extraction and was treated by everyone so well! Very friendly staff and the doctor was amazing! Thank you all for helping me out, I've been dealing with that tooth for a year now and to not have to worry about it anymore is amazing! Dr Collum and his staff are very amazing!

I was in and out in 45 mins. Approximately 3 years ago I had a root canal at this exact place. The experience was awful. It was 6 hours. I had two fillings as well. I booked online not realizing this was the same place. However I do not regret it. The dentist this time was so professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job numbing me, removing the decaying tooth, and cleaning out all the infection. I got my scripts and was on my way!

These lovely people were amazing. They were literally the ONLY spot within 2 hours from me that was able to get me in AND actually take care of me. They stayed 45 minutes late waiting for me to be able to take care of me. I will be recommending them to everyone. THANK YOU to the doctors and staff for bringing me relief

Amazing staff! Went in for a tooth pain that needed to be pulled and I have anxiety. They were very understanding and kept me calm the whole time. It was quick and I didn't feel anything. Highly recommend if you need emergency dental work done

I am not one to complain but they forced my hand. I was over charged $699 and requested a refund. I was encouraged to take office credit because it would take 6 months for my refund. I agreed to wait 6 months. I waited over 6 months and received nothing. I began to call and inquire about my $ and for weeks I have been given the run around, no returned phone called, and lied to. What I am told varies from one day to the next. The 1800 number on the website is disconnected, the text response on the website isn’t responsive, and the person in the office, Michelle is never available and has never returned my callers and now I’m told after a Month of trying to reach them they no longer handle this locally and give me what seems to be a privet number in Nebraska. The dentist is a nice guy, so was his assistants! The Billing department is a whole other barrel of monkeys!

Had a crown replaced and had an awesome experience with the entire staff. Scheduling an appointment was quick, they have good hours, and did great work. Definitely going back for regular treatments.
