I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. They are attentive to your needs. They adjust the schedule to accommodate you. Dr. Yang is a perfectionist and wants to ensure that you are comfortable, pain free and totally satisfied when you leave. Her staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I am obviously very pleased that I (we) found them.

Both my husband and I are Dr. Yang’s patients, we both like her very much. Her work very gently and delicate. I never feel pain when she working on my tooth.

My mom and I will forever be grateful for Dr Yang, Holly and Susan, the team of hygienists are all wonderful. Dr Yang is so gentle when she works on your teeth. She takes her time, never rushes the procedure. She’s willing to go the extra mile for me and my family. I’ve emailed her late at night and received a response right away for any urgent and non urgent issues. These women work so well together with mutual respect, like a family, we know we can trust and count on them. I wish people leaving negative comments can understand the intricacies of dentistry and medical procedures. It’s not easy running a clinic like this to accommodate so many needs. Every time I sit in the waiting room I see happy clients coming in and out, sharing their gratitude.

I highly recommend going elsewhere for your dental needs. Fist thing I’ll start with is Dr. Yang is careless about the onset of the numbing agent. She will give you the injections and immediately start drilling your teeth before it has taken effect, getting frustrated with you when you tell her it hurts. Secondly the secretary will constantly call you and attempt to change your appointment time or date. They will set an appointment for example at 11:45 then tell you your appointment was at 11:30 when you clearly saved it on your phones calendar. Lastly they will terminate providing dental service the moment you miss an appointment. I had a cleaning scheduled and the appointment was made over six months ahead of time and during the time I didn’t see them my girlfriend got pregnant and happened to have our newborn daughter a day or two before the appointment. The dental assistant called and asked if I was coming and re-scheduled for a few weeks out. On the day of my appointment I called an hour ahead of time to verify I still had an appointment and was told, “ Dr. Yang said cancel your appointment and to never schedule you an appointment again”. I wasn’t given any opportunity to explain my situation and zero sympathy or understanding about bringing home a newborn on the last appointment I scheduled. They claimed I constantly missed appointments and was a horrible patient. Truth be told it was them who always changed appointments last minute and expected me (the customer/patient) to cater to their needs. Also I paid for partial dentures and was met with nothing but irritation and frustration when it came time to fit them in my mouth and bring them home. I’m sorry you guys sent them somehow to China when I live in the USA. I’m not quite sure how they pulled that off but after paying over $1500 for just the upper partials I expected them to fit properly. Another thing is I always got the feeling Dr. Yang looked down on her dental assistant Holly( the only one I’ll semi miss) anytime she made small talk, shes often be met with condescending tone of voice or comments kinda making her seem less-than Dr. Yang. She acts rude and better than her employees and ESPECIALLY her patients! Heed these warnings and take your business elsewhere. Signed, - an unhappy client Mike C.
