Dr Pool is the most gentle dentist I have been to in all my life. She takes lots of time to explain treatment options and set educated and reasonable expectations. She takes the time to answer all your questions. She is very kind and compassionate. I have finally found the dentist I have been looking for a long time. Thanks so much Dr Pool!!! .

This has been one of the few positive dental experiences I have had. Dr. Pool wants to make sure patients are comfortable. She works efficiently but is not rushed and communicates throughout the treatment. Everyone in the office seems very caring, and Heather has gone the extra mile to work with my insurance. Happy to have found this practice!

It's a really great place. Small enough for personal attention but big enough to have up to date treatments. The staff are super nice and professional. Ever since I've started to go to this office I have been more motivated to take better care of my teeth. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a good dentist office.

Dr. Pool is professional but friendly and quite calming to be around. She makes something that has always been extremely stressful for me easy and stress free. Her receptionist is fun and very nice as well.

Dr. Pool is very gentle and patient-focused. I had some dental anxiety when I started seeing her, it's almost completely gone! Office is pleasant and the staff efficient and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
