Elizabeth Russ Family Dental

My 4 year old daughter had her third dentist appointment ever. They were fabulous with making her feel comfortable! Hygienist Lea showed my daughter all of the instruments and let her touch them and hear them before using them on her! She even got to pick the flavor toothpaste!! Throughout the cleaning, Lea engaged with my daughter and explained things to her when she asked questions. When Dr. Russ came in to do her examination, she praised my daughter and offered her two choices from the prize bin! My daughter was beaming! As a child, my mom always tricked me into coming to the dentist and it became something I feared. I didn’t want that experience for my daughter. When we got to the car, my daughter said to me, “This is the best day ever.”

Exceptionally nice and professional staff. The cleaning and checkups are extremely gentle and thorough, and as a new patient, the technology is really cool and impressive!

Excellent initial exam at Russ Familiy Clinic with Dr. Walter. The clinic is super clean and modern, and Dr. Walter provided a very comprehnsive review of my dental health. Outstanding first visit, sad to leave Cornerstone but great to know our new home for Dentistry is so outstanding. Thank you to the Team at Russ Family Dental in Needham!

Dr Russ is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m 66 and have been with the practice for almost 50 years well before she took it over. Brenda at the front desk has been there for more than 4 decades. That says it all! Now I travel 3 hours each way to see her and her excellent team. Never any pain with Dr Russ. Again, the best of the best with excellent academic credentials.

Dr. Walter is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Since moving to Wellelsey a few years ago, I have tried 4 other dentists and none compare to her professionalism, kindness, knowledge and care. She’s absolutely wonderful and I have full confidence in her ability to give me comprehensive, top notch care.
