Elite Smiles of Louisville

Newly returning to Louisville and without a dentist, I experienced a dental emergency, losing a filing over the weekend. A friend/colleague recommended her practice, Elite Smiles. A huge thanks to Lindsey for directing me to these great folks. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful - on the phone and in person. As a person with traumatic experiences with dentists, I was especially concerned meeting a dental team for the first time with an issue. Dr. Music and his staff were warm, cordial and calming. I had the filling replaced, and we are working on a treatment plan. Best of all, I have a new dentist in our new home! First impression - great practice with kind folks!

First time at Elite Smiles of Louisville and had a great experience. Front desk staff were very friendly and greeted me instantly. My hygienist (Donna) was amazing and very thorough. Dr. Music was very pleasant and upbeat. He did a thorough exam and gave recommendations. In and out within an hour. It was a little noisy and you can hear everyones conversation but the office has more of an open concept layout than standard rooms for each hygienist. All in all great experience!

Everyone so kind and helpful on your first visit, but after that, you see how they truly treat their patients!! After I received an estimate from the insurance company on the (several) procedures that I needed, I asked the person texting from there how much it would cost to do a double bridge instead of a replacement tooth. After that, all I got was nasty lip service and a condescending attitude from her! She stopped responding which essentially was a refusal to assist me further to set up my payment plan. So, if you can’t pay for expensive services immediately, this is not your dentist’s office! Very disappointed.

This is quite literally the best dentist I've ever been to. I needed to have 4 teeth pulled due to absolute agony (all molars if that matters) every dentist I called told me it would be at minimum a 4 week wait. Elite smiles actually got me in that day to take a look at me and do X-rays, and had a follow up appointment for removal the next. I don't know who handles their scheduling but they are a master at their craft, I actually asked the front desk how an office as well run as this one could have so few patients. Turns out they're just good at making sure people aren't stuck waiting around in the lobby, and keep emergency spots open for those who need them. I promised you guys I'd get this review done. Sorry it's late but I passed out when I got home after the surgery lol. The 5/5 reviews are no lie.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Blanchard and Susan Blanchard (dental hygienist) for many years now. While Dr. Blanchard wasn't available for this most recent appointment, Susan Blanchard was available for my teeth cleaning and my daughter's first dentist visit (she got to sit in the chair, have her teeth counted, saw the tools and watch me have my teeth cleaned and examined). Both Susan and Dr. Music were so kind and made this the best experience possible for both me and my daughter. I was also impressed with all of the friendly staff! Our first experience at Elite Smiles was a definite 5 star experience. We are thankful Dr. Blanchard joined such a great family friendly practice.

I recently visited Elites Smiles for a dental check-up and the experience was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. They was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I highly recommend Elites Smile to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Their entire staff was so kind, professional and efficient! They were prompt and respectful of my time. I walked in feeling anxious, but after my appointment, I walked out smiling and happy to be well cared for. I would recommend them to anyone, and any age!

Dr. Music and Casconi are wonderful! They never try to push expensive procedures that you don't really need on you. And, the hygienists are very gentle, friendly and considerate.
