Great staff, and all are very knowledgeable and professional. Enrolling was easy once I arrived prior to my appointment. I am not so good with computer operations as I am on the elderly side of life. Office manager gladly helped me through it all. Great job everyone! I truly appreciate my new dentist. We are off and running towards a great relationship! ? My future.

Having a stark contrast to their quality service in a well kept clean facility, I’m most relieved to have discovered this group of stellar providers of such important care-especially for those who may experience higher levels of apprehension with such visits. After a really terrible experience with another dental practice. This office was amazing. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. I was seeking their second opinion on a treatment plan as well as needing previous work from another practice to be fixed and completed. I highly recommend this practice!!

I have a high level of anxiety sitting in that dentist chair, but Dr. Jung and staff really helped me to feel more relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Jung really knows what he is doing. With my tooth extraction, I was so panicked, but he was done before I knew it. Wow, he's amazing!!

I am pleased to have the opportunity to write a review for Elite Dental Group on Janitell in Colorado Springs. First, the staff are welcoming and courteous and they know their stuff. They offer an in-house specialist, dentist who is the best I have ever used. So, if you need a partial plate, repairs,an adjustment or dentures, the personal expertise of Michael is on site, available for making it perfect and he is excellent. Do not go anywhere else...you will be very glad you came here. I am.

GREAT FOR PEOPLE WITH ANXIETY, and SUPER GREAT for people who struggle with self esteem on account of having bad teeth. Usually my experiences at dentists have been pretty awful but this place was a real game changer and definitely a place I'll return to for my dental needs. I grew up not brushing regularly so it definitely shows on my smile. Unfortunately, most dentists made me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my mouth. I always felt very judged and burdensome so I stopped going for a while. When I called these people I was definitely expecting the same treatment especially since I'd be paying with Medicaid but it was well past time to get my teeth looked at. Dr. Castillo took one look at my mouth and explained how the way plaque builds up unevenly on my teeth suggests that my mother had a fever with me in utero. He made me feel like my teeth weren't something to be ashamed of and assured me that they can be helped. As a person, my smile is valuable to me so having him give me that little reassurance that it's not a lost cause was so important. I also have semi-severe anxiety with dental situations, I normally feel like I can't tell people about that because mental health is so stigmatized. However it felt pretty easy to tell them because they so clearly lead with a judgment-free attitude. Dr. Castillo noticed I was getting worked up while he was looking at my mouth with his tools and he told me it was okay and to breath. I didn't realize until then that I was holding my breath. I didn't even realize I was getting worked up, it's so normal to me at this point. Dr. Castillo also offered to put me on a small sedative/pain reliever for when I am getting my fill ins, accommodating my mental health needs in a way no other dentist has done for me. His assistant was also so welcoming and she seemed to really enjoy her work...I forget her name but I think it's Bree? Anyways, I will definitely come back. This place is special and they really do care about you. Thanks so much for this new experience!
