Elite Dental is the best! The front desk assistant is the heart of the practice. Without the heart, the practice can't function. Jo Jo is the heart here. She's friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. She answers the phone on the first ring, will take time to schedule you and answer your questions. Jo Jo will return your messages with a call or a text- excellent communication at this practice! She will definitely welcome you with a smile when you arrive! The dental hygienist Katherine is amazing! She's very thorough, gentle and friendly. You can tell she cares for her patients! Katherine takes the time to explain everything and will not rush you. Dr Garcia is wonderful and very skilled in dentistry. If you're apprehensive or downright terrified he will make you feel comfortable! As far as payment goes I was informed about cost and everything was explained. Nothing was pushed on me. Out of pocket costs were reasonable based on the area.

Elite Dental Care is fantastic! Upon my arrival I was most pleasantly greeted by Jojo and Katherine my hygienist. Katherine is true expert in what she does. She cleaned my teeth beautifully and most all pain free. Also, she took her time and treated me with the utmost respect. Next, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Brian Garcia. He was extremely pleasant, courteous and extremely intelligent. Dr. Brian Garcia listened to me intently and really took his time. Most of all he treated me like family. Elite Dental is the best Dental facility by far that I have ever went to. What a great pain free experience!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone at this office is helpful and genuinely cares about their patients. Update.. my second visit was even better than the first. I cannot say enough about this office. Both visits, I felt absolutely no pain.

I been going to Elite Dental care since I moved from NY to SWFL 3 years ago! From the very beginning this practice was exceptional. During routine X-Rays it showed my front tooth crown was leaking not properly placed on the tooth & also it looked bulky. This was a poorly made crown in a different state by a difference dentist approx 10 years ago. It took me a year to decide to go ahead with the process. Since it was one of my front teeth I knew it was probably a challenging job. I met Dr Brian Garcia & he was great was very nice, knowledgeable & personable & kind. He explained everything from beginning to end & all the details in between. I really felt at easy from our first interaction. He is very professional & truly cares about his patients. I was extremely nervous when I decided to book the appt. Shelly the dental assistant what an angel!! I expressed to her I was nervous & scared she reassured me every single time it was going to great & way better than my old crown! I asked her so many questions she was so kind & and answered all my questions and just like Dr. Garcia she cared about how I felt which I grateful for. The process went smooth/ good the only discomfort I felt was the anesthesia shots which is normal/ expected. Doctor Brian & Shelly made sure I was comfortable & fully numb. I had a gum contouring procedure w/ laser to prepare the tooth for the crown that was painless. I had a temp crown that was actually pretty good looking for a temporary crown. They also made sure I was happy with my temporary crown regarding the shade. Dr. Garcia recommended me to go to the dental lab for optimal shading results which I did. I am glad I follow his recommendation. Some time went by & the permanent crown was ready. WOWWW the shade, the shape the fit of the crown everything PURE PERFECTION!! I am so thankful for Dr. Garcia, Shelly & Julio!!! I was sooo scared going through with the process but Im truly speechless at the amazing work they did. I regret not doing it sooner!!! I’m a sooo HAPPY with the final result!!! Seriously they are the dream team, the whole staff in this office is exceptional!!! I’m 45 minutes away from the practice I will continue to make the drive because they are so worth it!!! 10/10 highly highly recommend!!!

I wrote the review below after my first visit. I just had a return visit for a cleaning and exam. I again encountered Shelly (dental assistant) she greeted me with warmth and explained everything in detail. She truly enjoys what she does and makes you feel cared for. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Katherine for my cleaning. She came in full of energy and light. I have never had a hygienist that was so kind in getting to know me and did such a detailed review of my record. The cleaning was impeccable and then she took her time to educate me on how to move forward with my dental care. For someone who has had bad experiences with dentists. I. actually am looking forward to my next visit. It is not often you encounter people who have concern and enjoyment in their profession. Finally the front office is just as welcoming and kind. It is not often you find a practice that has not only a great dentist ( Dr Garcia) but just as equal supporting staff. You are greeted by the front office JoJo, Catherine with a welcoming smile. Shelly (dental assistant ) shows caring and concern as she prepares you to see the dentist. Shout out also to Zulie and Julio. You leave your visit with a feeling that the entire team truly cares about you not only as a patient but as a person. Kindness makes the whole experience very pleasant.
