Elite Dental

I went to this dental office twice and both times were a TERRIBLE experience. The first time, I had X-rays taken by someone who had no idea what they were doing. It seems like they were new on the job and received minimal training. More than 10 minutes into trying to get the X-rays taken, they realized the machine wasn't on and had to start again. At this same visit, Dr. Lee barely inspected my teeth when it came time for it. The second time I came in for a routine cleaning/check-up, Dr. Lee was distracted and was explaining how to do something to a staff member for almost the entire time she was with me. She also kept trying to talk me into a custom mouthguard (which no dentist I've seen before had been this insistent about); it felt like a sales pitch rather than a professional opinion. Dr. Lee was not attentive when she saw me, and the staff seems to lack proper training. To top it all off, I received an invoice with no instructions on how to pay it. The website doesn't have a payment portal, and I did not receive a single reminder after the initial invoice before I was sent a "final notice" in the mail saying if not paid, it would go to collections. I went to this dentist because it was in-network and close by, but I will not be doing it again. I am someone who actually enjoys going to the dentist and tries to make it a routine thing, but the experience here put me off so much I didn't even bother scheduling my next appointment with them. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.

This place makes going to the dentist manageable, even enjoyable. The entire staff is so nice, helpful and calming. I don’t have insurance and they explained every single charge to me and allowed me to agree to it or not get the service—much better than some places that try to nickel and dime or add on surprise fees. I happily signed up for their membership and will be back!

Really supportive & kind staff. I hadn't been able to go to dentist in a long time due to lack of insurance, but they were understanding & didn't make me feel judged. They were also transparent about costs & gave me options for a payment plan. Highly recommend!

DOUBLE CHARGING. PRESSURE TO BUY PRODUCTS. FAULTY DIAGNOSES. If I could give 0 stars I would. It felt like a scam. They kept pushing me to purchase special deep cleanings, claiming I had issues with my gums, and then tried REPEATEDLY to pressure me into buying a nearly $50 "natural" mouthwash. I was also told I had a cavity and needed to come back in. I promptly got a second opinion and was told my gums were in perfect health and that I had no cavities. To add insult to injury, I received a bill many months later telling me I owed an extra $50. Turns out I was being DOUBLE CHARGED for my cleaning. Don't go here, it's a scam. They're kind in person, but it's all a rouse to get you to spend.
