The dentist provides excellent care, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental services, she’s really good, fast, and you don’t feel any pain. However, the customer service at the front desk is disappointing and needs significant improvement. The staff at the front desk can be quite disrespectful in their communication, and they do not provide clear information about the clinic's policies. For instance, my sister wanted to cancel her appointment today, but we were unexpectedly told that there would be a $50 cancellation fee. While the dental care itself is great, the clinic would benefit from improving the professionalism and clarity of their front desk staff.
