I came here last year, it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and a came for a routine cleaning/checkup. They ended up quoting me for a lot more work than expected, and they actually over quoted what insurance would pay for. So each time I went to pay for my four visits (they said they needed to break the work up into 4 visits for some reason), the bill ended up being higher than what I was expecting. And it was also always higher than what my insurance was showing that I was still responsible for. During my appointments, the dentist would also say I needed additional work (that was never mentioned on my previous visits) without really explaining what it was or what it would cost, and I felt very put on the spot. It all just felt kind of scammy, like they were trying to weasel as much money out of me as possible. Now, a year after my visits, they are contacting me saying I owe even MORE money. I would not recommend visiting here unless you want to be overcharged.

Love this place, my spouse and I have been going here for 5 year with no complaints. The hygienist Yvette is spot on with her job and Rosie at the front desk is so caring. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the best experiences I've had as a dentist. My husband said so as well when he came with me. Everything was top notch, the lady scheduling me was friendly and made it all simple. Coming in to a clean sitting area, not needing to wait long. My hygenist was sooooo good, totally could feel she cared about her work and my teeth felt amazing. Really felt cared for and that she took her time with me. The Dentist was also super friendly and made pointing out what I needed very simple to understand and was very efficient. Scheduling and paying for my follow up and setting expectations was really well done when leaving. Seriously so good. So glad to have stumbled on this place.

The staff is so nice! My experience was great, every expectation was met or exceeded. But honestly the front desk, technicians, dentist, *everyone* seemed genuinely happy to be there and are just so pleasant to be around.

I went to this dentist over 10 years ago when I briefly lived in Tempe. There work is outstanding and really has stood the test of time. I got a root canal with build-up and shamefully admit that I have never gotten a crown to protect the tooth and the work. But lo-and-behold, my molar is still in excellent shape, and fingers crossed that I do not jinx myself, I will be getting a crown soon. What I’m trying to say is, the endodontist that helped my so long ago really did an incredible job, and I am forever grateful.

2023 they overcharged me $240 and refused to give me refund. Said I'd have a credit until my daughter came back for more services. NOV 2024 they refused to do my daughter's fillings until I paid $663. Got EOB from my insurance, I only owed $95. Called dental office, getting run around saying I have zero balance and can't refund me until the office manager is in. She is who I talked to and refused to provide services until I paid $663. Last year getting a credit from overcharged x-rays was absolutely ridiculous, they REFUSED to refund me, now over 600 they are trying to fraudulently keep.*** *** When we originally spoke and she collected the 663, she said it was because the insurance would not cover the 8 cavities (@80each) because those teeth had cavities filled before and they won't pay for 2-4 years on same tooth. I asked if the fillings fell out and she said no, they are new cavities on a different spot on the tooth and that's why she needed to collect in full, she'll submit to the insurance and refund if they pay them. I knew the insurance would pay them because we have only had Cigna dental since March 2023, and they were "new cavities " so I paid the 663 (cavities and fluoride). ** Now after getting my EOB I called for my refund, and she is falsely saying my daughter got a mouthguard molded, SHE DID NOT. I was told the money was for her cavities in case insurance wouldn't pay it. She claims she sent me the treatment plan, SHE DID NOT. when I was on the phone w her the first time she said emailed me twice with the quote which I never received and even told her on the phone I didn't get it, but needed to go back to work so I paid it. Somehow got the receipt emailed no problem. She never once said they were molding a mouthguard or doing anything to have us purchase one from them, but she did mention at the beginning of the call she needed to wear the one they gave her. And I told her, and so did my daughter, that she never got one from them. She did not say anything about the funds being collected for a mouthguard, it was strictly the 8 cavities and fluoride. I sent my daughter to CVS to buy one as soon as she left. My daughter said they did not do any moulding for one, the dentist never mentioned one and never stated that's what they were doing. He took an X-ray to "see the cavities on her back molars" Now front office lady says she needs to investigate if the moulding was done and call me back. * I seriously doubt she even had 8 to begin with, this is a fraudulent business and I strongly urge everyone to avoid

This place WILL overcharge you for your services. Ended up paying $600 EXTRA than what my insurance was willing to pay because the front desk lady told me insurance wouldn’t cover it. They are looking to scam you and get as much money from you as possible. Go somewhere else.
