I recently had a dental emergency and the people I dealt with could not have been more compassionate while at the same time quickly fitting me into their busy schedule. I am a terribly nervous patient, which makes me a patient who puts things off too long, but they have always been very understanding and never make me feel bad about getting myself into situations that could have been avoided with more diligence on my part. They are terrific and I recommend them highly.

Eggert family dentistry has been our dentist for several years now. Besides yearly checkups and cleaning, I have had major restorations including crowns and implants. All of their work has been top notch. I especially appreciate the crown generation technology which allows for same day crown development. Their procedures and technology are always the latest and best available. Their customer service is great as well. They make every effort to take care of any emergency that may arise. I would recommend Eggert Family Dental without hesitation to anyone young or old.

I am so thankful to have a dental group that I can trust to have good advice, quality work and my best interest at heart. Recently I had a dental concern and was able to get in quickly. I saw Dr Jeff and Heather for an evaluation and recommendation. I left confident with the advice given. I have been a patient for years. Sometimes corrective action is needed and other times monitoring it over time to see if action might be needed in the future is the best plan. Everyone was friendly and the office is pleasant.

I just switched to this dental office. I am very impressed with the staff, equipment, and communications. I appreciate seeing not only xrays but other photos taken that show specific issues more clearly. Everyone is friendly and very competent. I am glad I made this choice.

There are always very long wait times that go well past your scheduled appointment. The one star is for the overall practice, not the hygienists which do a pretty good job. Every time I have been there, they check with my insurance, and get a quote on what they will cover. Their practice always quotes me that amount but then charge me quite a bit more. I have paid it each time, then a couple weeks later I get a bill for even more. For some reason they don't understand how insurance quotes work, or they just want to make more money. This has happened 4 or 5 times now. The last bill I received was for an additional $19 or so. I told them I would just pay it the next time I was there for an appointment. Even still, I have received at least half a dozen letters asking for payment. They must really need that $19 bad. Just received another letter today, and they are threatening to send that huge amount to a collection agency. I will give them their money, and never go there again.
