My 1st visit here and was truly pain free. The office staff were amazing and spot-on professional. My dental hygienist was stellar. Fantastic clean and polish, was very patient with my questions and explained everything as we went along. My dentist, Dr Tramontana, was outstanding. She made this visit feel as if I were family. This office is a keeper for sure. Once you’ve tried them, you’ll want to keep them. I’m keeping them. Thank you Edison Dental Arts for a stress free experience.

A while back when I had lost my job I had went here to have some dental pain looked into. It turns out it was just my teeth grinding as a result of my anxiety, but they also looked at my X-rays and informed me that I had needed fillings immediately, and despite stating I was between jobs, had managed to convince me into getting work done. I was aware of the fact that there would be out of pocket costs, so I asked if they had payment plans for the procedure. They told me yes, and they’d send me the info in the mail. Turns out they had never sent me the info, but instead sent me a letter threatening me with lawsuit if I didn’t fork over $2,800. They had also added $500 to the original total, likely as a late fee, but never specified exactly why. Legally, there was nothing I could’ve done but pay, which I had no choice but to do. It’s unfathomable how people who proclaim themselves as dental professionals can coerce and extort their patients and get away with it. The only merits were that the office was clean and there wasn’t that long of a waiting time, but that really doesn’t make up for my complete lack of trust in their practice. I’m trying to remain civil with my review but after what they put me through, both with the stress AND consequences of losing almost three grand at a time when I needed it, not feeling angry is incredibly difficult.
