Extremely rude staff, especially the dental Director had so much attitude, they made me wait three hours to get a service done with two small children. Highly recommend everyone to stay away I no longer assigned them as my dental provider. Not only patient experience was poor the quality of the cleaning was sub-par.

Irina is WONDERFUL!! She always patiently takes care of me, and ensures my teeth are crispy clean before I leave the dental office. I highly recommend seeing her and her magic hands!!?????

Told them what tooth was hurting. Told me I was wrong and pulled good tooth. Spoke with oral surgeon about implants told me he just pulls teeth and he wouldn't even let me know what he was going to do. As I was asking questions the most rude hygienist leaned around the wall and told me to be quiet and not ask questions. How can you have major work done and no one will explain it to you. I was asking surgeon questions because the dentist told me to ask him, she didn't have answers. During the visit the dentist came in and said she had no idea of the questions I had. Also the few times I was there almost everyone who saw the 1st person who evaluates, was told that teeth had to be pulled. Think they like pulling teeth. Only positive was everything was done at the same place. Never go there.

I am not one to usually writer a review but hopefully my review can help another patient. I recently moved up to the area and was a new patient to Eastern. My first visit was a check-up and was ok I was just waiting for a while to be taken back. My second visit was for a root canal. I waited over an hour in the office to be taken back. The front desk called me up and told me I had to pay $600 which was never discussed with me prior. They then said they over charged me and had to recharge me. During the root canal, they were not prepared. The dental assistant continually left the area to get material. The dentist kept asking for material. It felt very all over the place and like they did not know what they were doing. Definitely not the place to be if you experience any kind of anxiety with the dentist. At the end of the root canal, the dentist did not ask me about my bite or anything. He just got up and left. I asked the assistant, are we finished? and she replied yes. The dentist also drilled into my previous crown and left a small hole in it in which I am still paying for. My next visit, I left from work early for a procedure. I called the office to let them know I was stuck behind an accident and would be there 15 mins late. They said ok. I got there and checked in. I was told to sit down. I was waiting for OVER AN HOUR at this point, again. I finally get called up and all I am told is "we can't see you today". I was so upset; I am on antibiotics for an infection and the procedure was to remove the infection. I was in pain. The financial coordinator told me the front desk should have informed me before they left, they didnt. It is impossible to get someone from the front desk on the phone. It is frustrating that there is a call center, and you have to be transferred to the front desk. The call center employee said the front desk hung up on him. I tried to call and use the individual ext. and my call was not picked up at all after three calls. I asked for my treatment plan, and I will not be going back. They also charged me for the whole procedure that I did not have completed. I have tried to contact them for my refund, but they have not returned my contact. I contacted the call center three times. Each time they tried to contact the office; they told me the front desk is not answering them. They gave me extensions to try. I tried all of the extensions multiple times without getting anyone on the phone. I was told they would put in a request for call back. I am just unsure how to get someone on the phone at this point. This whole experience was ridiculous.

Finding a good dentist is hard and that’s why I’m glad to have discovered Eastern Dental. It’s a place I can trust to ensure the best work done for me and my parents. The gentleness and attention to detail is unmatched. It’s clear the dentists all know their jobs well. The dentist who does the cleaning does so in a way that has you wondering why all the other places had been so aggressive. And the dentist who did my crown did such a good job I can see eventually forgetting it’s a crown, it’s that good.

Super rude front desk staff and had attitude as soon as we stepped in. Made disrespectful and racist remarks to my grandparents and stated that it wasn’t a “Spanish” office and they didn’t have time to explain consents/documents. Told patients to figure it out when they had questions and just straight up ignored them. Wait time is over two and a half hours and service wasn’t even that good. Most definitely will not be coming back.

Terrible experience. Orthodontists don’t know what they’re doing. After years finally got my braces off and fully unsatisfied I’m thinking Invisalign but it definitely won’t be with eastern dental. Terrible management. Don’t ask a question to the office staff you will never get an answer, call back or informed personnel. Go else where waste of money
