Super rude front desk staff and had attitude as soon as we stepped in. Made disrespectful and racist remarks to my grandparents and stated that it wasn’t a “Spanish” office and they didn’t have time to explain consents/documents. Told patients to figure it out when they had questions and just straight up ignored them. Wait time is over two and a half hours and service wasn’t even that good. Most definitely will not be coming back.

After years finally got my braces off and fully unsatisfied I’m thinking Invisalign but it definitely won’t be with eastern dental. Terrible management. Don’t ask a question to the office staff you will never get an answer, call back or informed personnel. Go else where waste of money
