I called the Toms River Eastern dental office and told them I was having a dental emergency. They said I could come in in the morning and I would be put on their emergency list and I would get seen. When I took the day off and showed up I was told that because this location is not my primary office that they could not see me that day. I then called my insurance provider and she confirmed that it was their responsibility to see me due to the agreement they have with my provider. I have spoken with many of my co-workers and I have not met anyone who is pleased with their service from Eastern dental if you can I would avoid using them all together.

Mikayla, she shines bright. A golden star. She’s sweeter than cherry pie. Shoutout to Bobbi and Cass! Miks got some overlap but cass got it covered. Patty helped wonders by scheduling me a same day wisdom removal! Also my cleaning apt time is at 1115 and it’s 1230

Dr. Cesare somewhat friendly and the dental hygenist was very friendly, answered some my questions. However, we were in the office over 2 hours---too long! Mostly WAITING! Husband and I were told deep scaling/cleaning was NOT covered, come to find out insurance company said it was COVERED. Terrible, costly misinformation, good thing we checked up on coverage. Thinking of changing dental practices. We have lost trust, sound like they are just looking for instant cash!!!!

When I got to my last appointment I was told that they had tried to call me to tell me I didn't need to come for that appointment, after I waited a half hour. They asked if I wanted to see the Dentist anyway. I said no not if they felt it was unnecessary. Now they are sending me a bill for $10.00 for cancelling my appointment.

Although everyone was very professional each time I've gone, the waiting in the waiting room was entirely to long, out of the last 4 appts, 3 appts I've waited more then an hour then waited at least 30 more minutes for the dentist...I think they need allot more help in the Vineland office, they always seem to be short handed... Please help them...they are all great people that work very hard there, except the lady in the back office she can be very nasty to the patients, she was very unpleasant to my son when he lost his dental insurance do the a job change, and a patient in the waiting room also told the receptionist that lady was rude to her on the phone. She & her husband left mad and said they'll never be back...I felt bad for them...I don't know why she would enjoy coming off like that but it's really bad for your business, other then the lady in the he back office and the long wait, I love the place...?
