Very professional, fast and courteous. Had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance, but the business itself is phenomenal. Dentistry can be scary, so I had a few questions just to ease my mind and the doctor had taken his time explaining everything to me in its fullest so that I understood the situation much better than walking in. I trust these professionals, would recommend and go again.

The clinical and support staff here are amazing and wonderful people! Dr. Kraut is the most understanding and compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. He listens intensely to you and is thorough in his work. After examining me he could have easily proceeded with performing a root canal, but didn’t. He is conservative in his approach, which I appreciate greatly. I trust him implicitly!!! Kudos to the entire team!

Amazing service and just a whole vibe! Dr. Kari is amazing! She was very patient, gentle and caring. The staff is all super sweet! I wish they did more than root canals. 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY recommend.

This is the third root canal I have had done by Dr.Kraut. He is always amazing . Extremely kind and soft spoken. Let’s you know what’s happening at all time and what to expect. His injection technique is always great. His bedside manner is wonderful. His assistant is also great to be with and they work very well together. I definitely recommend him. Post operative I have never had any problems from him and always healed well.

I’m very happy to have chosen this practice to perform my root canal procedure. When I entered the office, I felt as if I were walking into a spa. From the beautiful scent throughout the space, to the relaxing background music, I almost forgot that I was there to have dental work. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kafi, and her assistant were both very professional. I have medical anxiety and was grateful to have such caring, patient, and gentle care. The procedure was quick and practically painless. If I ever need to have another procedure, I would return to East Side Endodontics without a doubt!

I recently broke a 20 plus year old bridge on my front teeth and needed 2 root canals before installation of my new teeth. East side Endodontics did an amazing job and the procedure was nearly pain free. The paperwork was all handled by the office staff and everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone in the Providence area.

My root canal was a much better experience than expected. The facility has the very latest technology to treat you . I found every person that I interacted with to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was also friendly , funny and communicative. The entire procedure was less stressful and painful than the last time I had one done at another location. Highly recommended for their professionalism.
