East Portland Dental Center: Hongo Gary S DDS

Dr. Gary Hongo and his dental hygienist, Leslie are the absolute best, hands down. I’ve been seeing this team for about 20 years now and continue to see them despite having moved out of state (yes, they’re that good). I couldn’t give a higher praise to this team. Their staff, all around, is kind, organized and hardworking.

Dr. Hongo has been my dentist since the late 1980s. Both he and his staff are very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. I believe that I've received the best possible dental care that I could ever expect.

Hongo has been my dentist for years. He's not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but he's good. Personal service and has long term interest in mind. Doesn't just go ahead and do work when it may not be needed. Definitely takes the wait and see approach to make sure work will be needed to avoid unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend him. He also give a ~5% discount to cash/check payments for those of use without Dental insurance.

I have seen Dr. Hongo for my and my families needs for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and does not try to upsell you on services you don't need. His Staff is very kind, courteous and professional. I am extremely pleased with the care they have given to me, my wife and my children and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs good dental care.

Exceptional staff, excellent service, appreciate the senior discount. Convenient location with lots of parking. Have been a repeat patient for approx.7 yrs.
