The staff is RUDE when you go into the office, especially the receptionist and they never answer the phone. Probably because the receptionist is always leaving her desk to go gossip in the back. They are very unprofessional. The place is FILTHY, seems to never get cleaned or sanitized. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the doctor is very knowledgeable.

Nobody ever answers the phone. I have tried calling over 40x in 2 weeks and nobody answers

Lets start off by saying he does a good job but my mother had an appointment at 10AM and made her wait 2 hours which is very UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me . Second of all it’s been 2 months and never received a letter for my braces. They did that to my brother as well said he needed braces and never sent him a letter and its been 1-2 years still waiting on that letter.

I've been going to Dr. John for over 15 years. His staff is friendly, he has a great demeanor and they are always helpful. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful smile thanks to him. There is a lot of work in there due to some medical issues that affected my teeth and bones , however you can't even tell I have one filling (over 20 and 3 crowns). The building is old and a little worn however it is in the east side, and I came for my teeth not the lobby.

Adequate dr. TERRIBLE staff. always long wait times, super unprofessional, impossible to get a hold of. once had to wait in the lobby for an hour just because they “didn’t see me”
