I am not surprised to see the other 5 star reviews from other patients. I would completely agree with all that others have said! I have had a negative experience with my dentist, which I won’t get into, which led up to needing a root canal. From the moment I spoke with Jen to make my appointment, I immediately felt at ease. She was caring, thorough, and was clear that she wanted me to get the care I needed to get back to my normal self. I visited Dr Tyler’s office for my first root canal today, which I was nervous about. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, kind, and professional from start to finish. I really liked Dr Tyler’s approach, being very forthcoming about what would be happening, when/how, so I had no questions or worries throughout the process. She checked in on how I was doing multiple times, which made me feel comfortable. When all was said and done, I had a tear in my eye (that I tried hard to keep in) and almost told her I could’ve hugged her. In all of my experiences with dentists and doctors, none have made me feel as cared for. I will absolutely continue going to see Dr Tyler and will tell all friends and family to also see her for Endodontic needs. And most importantly, thank you for making me better!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Tyler and her staff ! I was so nervous to get a root canal, never had one before and I hate anything that has to do with dental work. I can honestly say her and her staff made me feel 100% comfortable with this procedure and when I say I did not feel a single thing .. it’s the truth! She is amazing and truly the queen of novacaine! I would recommend this office to anyone who ever needs a root canal! From Jen at the front desk who is so sweet and welcoming, to Jo and Allie the dental assistants who made me feel nothing but comfortable, to Dr. Tyler who takes her time and explains every step of what she is doing and made sure I felt nothing with multiple tests before starting .. it was all a wonderful experience, if I could give more than 5 stars i would! Thank you so much to Dr. Tyler and the staff at East Greenwich Endodontics !!

I never thought I would give a root canal experience a 5-star review, however Dr. Tyler and her staff exceeded any and all expectations!! Since I never had one before, I was extremely nervous! However, from the moment I contacted them with tooth pain, they were empathetic, attentive, and thorough! During the consultation, they walked me through the process and explained everything in detail. The appointment for the root canal was not painful! They are so compassionate and attentive and took such care to make sure that I was comfortable and at ease. I honestly tell everyone I know who needs an endodontist to go see Dr Tyler! I am so grateful that this experience was a positive one and that is attributed to everyone who works there!

I highly recommend Dr Tyler. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, explains everything to you, honest and efficient. I have had a few root canals before and have always been anxious expecting pain and discomfort. Very little here! She is the best at keeping you comfortable! I will definitely be going to her if needed again!

Dr. Tyler and her staff have been absolutely wonderful. They thoroughly eased my anxiety and worries during the entire process and procedure I had done. Dr. Lisa Tyler and her staff are truly exceptional. They are seriously some of the kindest people I’ve had the experience of meeting. They took superb care of me through every step of the root canal process and alleviated all of my anxiety relating to it. It was sincerely a pleasure to have a root canal done here. The office itself is immaculate. I would highly recommend East Greenwich Endo for your endodontic needs.

I have had bad dental experiences in the past so I was a little nervous going into the office. From the moment I walked in the door, from the receptionist Jen to doctor Tyler I was so comfortable. The doctor took her time and explained things as we were going. And the communication with Jen was amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone, whether you have had a bad past experience or not.
