Dr Chowdhury is amazing. I’m such a baby when it comes to the dentist but I look forward to seeing him because he puts me at ease. One of the best oral surgeons I’ve ever had - and I’ve had more than my share. Jocelyn is amazing at walking patients through an intimidating experience. I’ve felt well-cared for through the entire process.

Work out all billing before appointment. I was under general anesthesia after a deep cleaning, which I had never had before so I was a little bit out of it and forced to pay more money than I originally thought the appointment was. It was extremely unprofessional and I never plan on going again. I should have double checked beforehand, so that's on me but I was also not made aware the procedure would be any more than my copay. The service was good but the payment really caught me off guard.

I had a great experience at East Erie Dental. With Dr. Azim. She is very compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain my treatment options. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Azim to anyone looking for a skilled, professional and caring dentist. She has an incredible staff which makes every visit an exceptional experience.

The service here is superb. They are very thorough from the time you book to the time you check out. Their staff is really on top of your dental health and make sure you maintain the best care and smile.

Very disappointed and frustrated! When coming to this clinic, be prepared for that they don’t care about patients or customer service, but they are very interested in making money off of you. After a six-month visits, each of the doctors told me different information. It got to the point that even when I had no questions for the doctor or issues, they still went ahead, scheduled an appointment to come and have my teeth filed, without even asking me. Be aware when it comes to your insurance coverage at a 6 month cleaning, that you will be responsible of payment if you schedule before time of coverage. The dentist office will not help or waive any charges. Terrible service!

Highly recommend for both general cleanings and anything else you may need done. I had composite veneers on my front four teeth and they turned out beautiful. Dr answered any and all questions and was extremely transparent throughout the process. Definitely a bit pricey, but I would imagine the procedure is similarly priced elsewhere. Thank you to their team!!

Had my first visit with them and they were amazing and convenient at the Streeterville location. Worked with Jackie, the hygienist, who was kind, thoughtful, and answered all of my questions patiently showing her comprehensive dental knowledge. I also worked with Dr. Nasrin Azim who similarly was very kind and thorough in her work, as well as providing as personal touch to get to know me personally. Highly recommend their practice
