Cleaning today. Best I've ever had. Dr. was great although I don't remember his name. Staff is friendly and office is cute and clean. Going back in six months. Thanks EBDO.

Dec 17, 2024 · Rosabel GutierrezI don't understand why people hate the dentist after being here for years: Excessively friendly and multilingual staff, always looling out for your comfort and appearance! They still have my notes from visits from almost 20 years back, and they have done nothing but improve their practice since then. Love the rennovation!
Dec 18, 2024 · Mitchell SIt's a frustrating place to work with. Management and admin are not organized and consistently fail to communicate. There have been times when I was told a manager would reach out...never happened. I once asked for a copy of an itemized receipt in June 2022. I followed up via phone and email, but did not receive a response until February 24th, 2023, stating the following: "We can email you a statement by Wednesday the latest. If you have any more questions please let me know." The receipt was finally emailed on March 6th, 2023, but there was no acknowledgement or apology for the complete lack of service. I just spoke to a manager today because an appointment I made last week for 10:45 am this week with the front desk... and one that the staff confirmed today was indeed for 10:45am.... was just randomly moved to 10:15 am just a few hours after the manager emailed me with my treatment plan and appointment reminder. "Good Morning Jessica, please see attached is your treatment plan for your fillings scheduled for 11/21/24 at 10:45 A.M. Thank you please let us know if you have any questions." - evidence of staff confirmation. I also received an auto reminder last week. When I spoke to the manager, all she said was, "We're using a new automated system. I don't know what happened, but your appointment is at 10:15am." No problem-solving skills and no empathy toward customers, even after I explained to her that I didn't schedule an appointment for 10:15am as it conflicted with my work schedule. At best, she *might* call me today after she speaks with her vendor, which, quite frankly, isn't the problem to solve. The issue is that it is my 2nd week trying to get care, and due to no fault of my own, I'm being forced to either reschedule emergency work or miss a work commitment. I am still without a reasonable solution....or an apology. All the good doctors and hygienists have left. The manager/owner fails to take responsibility for the dysfunction at this practice, and quite frankly, the manager is incredibly condescending. These are just two examples, but I have more. Unfortunately, this place is close to where I live, but I'm sure there are more efficient and customer-centric practices worth driving to. Edit: as you can see from the manager who responded, there is a complete lack of professionalism. Additionally, I'm referring to the 2nd appojnt I scheduled. That is completely your fault as you so aptly call out in your own response. Boggles my mind why you focus on adding snarky comments to negative reviews. I'd suggest you prioritize improving how you operate Love that the manager called to tell me I lied about an apology when she spoke to me exactly like she does below: no respect and failing to actually listen to and comprehend what someone is saying. It's okay to be annoyed by negative feedback, but don't pretend like you were respectful ------ There are no lies in my statement, and I stand by that. My feedback for you was that I was never told there was no valid insurance on file until day of. Previously, I was told on the call to book the appointment and I have faulted no one for that. Please stop stating that I lied about that. My dentist is no longer there as of my last appointment. This was an emergency, which is why it was booked here fyi Like I said before, I came for the dentists. Not for you. In fact, you are actually the common denominator for the issues I called out. You don't respond in a timely manner to important issues, and you're incredibly rude. Thankfully, I don't interact with you regularly, so I've been able to ignore the not so great aspects. I've moved on to a new provider, please leave me alone. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃
