Eagle Rock Dental Care

The whole dental care office is comfortable and clean. The office is full of nice employees who smile and keep things moving. I was only in there for a short time but I felt like they cared and wanted to help me. I'd suggest going here if you're looking for a dental care that wants to treat you right.

I cracked a tooth while on vacation and traveling through Idaho Falls. Eagle Rock was able to see me within 24 hours. Dr Beck placed a temporary crown that day. Three days later when I traveled back through Idaho Falls they placed my permanent crown. This office has an amazing team! Everyone was incredibly friendly. I can't thank Dr Beck and his office enough for helping me out. I received great care and the cost was reasonable.

I really cannot speak highly enough of this place. I chipped my tooth pretty bad at 1 PM, found out my regular dentist was closed, and had my tooth fixed by Eagle rock dental by 2:15 pm that same day. PLUS, it was a Friday where they close at 3 PM. I would definitely, 100% recommend seeking dental care here. Thank you again!

After many years with this practice under the excellent care of Dr. Cooper, I can truly say its changed since he retired. The new management has adopted an electronic appointment reminder tool that is nothing short of badgering, an accounting system that can spring an Amount Owed months after insurance makes an adjustment, and aggressive charging for last minute changes in schedule, all with assurances that They Will Fix It. I understand a new dentist will be working on my teeth, so with that one big change, I will seek out a friendlier practice and leave Eagle Rock. May I suggest ratings and reviews older than two years be considered obsolete?

On Friday, I had to get a procedure done that I was dreading getting done (extractions). The day finally came and Dr. Tanner and Kristie made the experience a breeze. Kristie made me feel at home, explained everything that I was going to expect and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Tanner was so gentle and explained every step of the way so there was never no surprises. I never felt pain and so far my recovery has been a breeze. Thank you Kristie and Dr. Tanner for an incredible job! I am a Patient for life❤️

I been going to Eagle Rock Dental Care for over 15 years, never got desapoint. They are so profesional, friendly and Doctor Tanner is the best.
