I cannot say enough good things about Berta and Terri! I was running very late for my appointment due to unforeseen work circumstances, and I was feeling incredibly stressed. On top of that, orthodontic appointments have never been my favorite. However, both Berta and Terri went above and beyond—staying through their lunch hour just to fit me in. They were so welcoming, kind, and professional. I’ve been receiving orthodontic care for about 10 months, but this was the first time I really felt a connection with my providers. Their understanding and compassion made all the difference, and it’s clear that they truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful to have them for the remainder of my care over the next year. Berta and Terri are truly diamonds! Thank you both!

Love the staff and doctors. They are super friendly and helpful. Berta worked with us today making sure my daughters new retainer fit right after she managed to lose both of her old ones. My daughter's favorite part is the cookie.

E&S is an outstanding orthodontist. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. They give out fresh cookies at every visit and make every appointment an enjoyable experience, which is saying something considering the fact that orthodontics is not typically an enjoyable experience. They go above and beyond to provide as much comfort and fun into what is typically a dreaded experience. At our recent visit, we heard the staff singing "Celebrate Good Times" and cheering bc a patient was getting their braces off. The whole feeling at this office is one of celebration and fun. I'm so glad we found E&S and highly recommend them.

We drive close to two hours to be seen here and it is SO worth it. My oldest is in Damon braces, and my youngest is in Phase/Level 1 braces. Both boys get excited to come here! The staff is great, especially Teri at the front desk. The doctor went through the treatment plans thoroughly and made it make sense. We never have an issue with appointments, they’re super responsive, great at what they do, and I would 100% recommend to others! Keep up the great work E&S staff!

Dr. Wil Saavedra did an incredible job, and gave my daughter the perfect smile, that me and my family now adore. Truly worth the wait, and the staff are unbelievably kind and make great relationships with patients.
