Drs. Rossetti, Myers & Kondorossy

I am new patient to this organization and they are quite amazing! The staff is super friendly & efficient. Dr. Kondorossy did an excellent job and I will be referring everyone I know to you. And to top it all off, they were very sweet to send a Starbucks gift card to my home which was a very nice gesture ❤️Thanks to you all!

Visited this place a while back (almost a year ago) and meant to write a review back then but never got a chance: The front desk staff are really sweet and the overall work the doctors did was decent (tooth filling on first appointment and teeth cleaning on the second). The 2 older doctors who attended to me were not friendly, especially the male doctor. The nurses were not friendly either and the head nurse hit my leg twice (she seemed frustrated in general but apologized for hitting my leg). There were student nurses watching as well and in general I felt the environment little hostile and not very welcoming. Anyways, the work they did on my teeth was ok, politeness and courtesy surely needs improvement!

I visited this dental office a couple years ago and had some basic work done. When I first called the office to schedule an appointment, I explained that I didn't have dental insurance and was wondering if they worked with their patients. Many other offices were quick to seem not as enthusiastic about helping me but the person I spoke to that day was patient and understanding and gave me as much information as she could to assist me. That was ultimately why I chose this dentistry. Fast forward a couple years later and when I needed to get more dental work done, this time with dental insurance, I knew exactly where I wanted to return to. Dr. Rossetti was my dentist this go around. He has a way of making it feel like you're having an old friend or family member work on your teeth. He's personable, asked me multiple times if I was okay during the procedure and he thoroughly explained things step by step. His dental assistants are always equally kind and helpful. I think it's rare these days to go to any office (or business in general) and feel as if the people who are working there genuinely enjoy what they're doing and care about the people they're doing it for. This has wholeheartedly been my experience and this review is a reflection of my appreciation for that.

I had an excellent experience at this dentist office on both visits. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the dental hygienist did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning. Dr. Myers was exceptional, making it the best dental visit I've ever had. Highly recommended!

LOVE this office! I had always been nervous going to the dentist in the past as I have sensitive gums. I immediately felt at ease when I walked into this office. The front desk ladies were so kind and sweet! My hygienist, Kate, did such an amazing job. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly without causing any aches or pains during my appointment. I wasn’t feeling any discomfort afterward either! Dr. Kondo was also very thorough. They both made sure I left the office with answers to any questions I might’ve had, didn’t make me feel guilty for not flossing regularly (don’t worry, I fixed that!), and made sure I knew how to properly use the teeth whitening trays I ordered. I look forward to visiting this office!
